It's clean, tidy, and very stylish. The sofas in the lounge area are plush and comfortable, perfect for a quick rest or meeting guests, and the decor details are exquisite and refined. The front desk service is warm and efficient, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and pleasant. Whether you're waiting, working, or just relaxing, it feels utterly comfortable and high-quality.

This hotel is a true gem! The location is absolutely perfect; just a few minutes' walk to Xuanwu Lake Scenic Area. Imagine an early morning run along the lake, and then watching the sunset paint the water in the evening – the ambiance is just incredible. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer fantastic views; you can enjoy the lake right from your bed. The front desk service is warm and attentive, always ready to help. Breakfast offers a rich variety, and the Duck Blood Vermicelli Soup is authentic and delicious – I fell in love with it at first bite. Whether you're traveling for leisure or business, this is my top choice in Nanjing. The value for money is exceptional, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to two subway lines (1 and 2). The room was clean and quiet. I particularly recommend the hotel's mattress; it was incredibly comfortable and very kind to my old back – I slept like a log. The duvet thickness was also perfect; I don't like heavy blankets, so theirs was just right. With the AC on, I slept exceptionally well. They even provided two pillows, one thick and one medium, showing great thoughtfulness in the design. The wet and dry separation in the bathroom was also a great feature. I also have to recommend the breakfast. The beef toppings for the beef noodles were especially delicious – I even asked the server for a double portion of beef. The salted duck was also fragrant and savory, not too salty at all, and much better than the Xu Family duck I bought later. The service staff and cleaning aunties were all very kind and accommodating. I was extremely satisfied with my three nights and the breakfast.

Ten minutes from the train station, only 15 minutes to Usnisa Palace and Niushou Mountain. Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable clean beds and pillows. The swimming pool was clean, just a bit old and needed renovating.

I came to Nanjing to visit the Hongshan Forest Zoo, so I chose this Mercure Hotel near the park. The location is very convenient, and there is a subway station on Line 1 next door. The family room I stayed in was very spacious and clean, but the sound of the subway outside the window was a bit noisy, and I hope the sound insulation can be improved. For the convenience of bringing children, I had breakfast in the hotel. There were many choices of meals and the taste was also very good.

I booked this Mercure Hotel when I came to Nanjing on a business trip. The hotel room is large and clean, the bedding is very comfortable, and there is a small refrigerator for cold drinks and water, which is very convenient. The front desk lady Jia is nice and has a good attitude. Check-in is also very fast. She also helped to upgrade the room, which is very considerate and thoughtful. I will still choose this hotel next time I come on a business trip. It is next to Zhongshan Scenic Area and Wutong Avenue, which is very convenient~

1. Location: Near Metro Line 10, 5-6 minutes walk. You basically need to transfer to other popular attractions. 2. Hygiene: No hygiene issues were found. The bed and bathroom were relatively clean without hair. The hangers and countertops were relatively clean without dust. 3. Environment: There are large floor-to-ceiling windows with a wide view. There is a large open space outside, which makes me feel comfortable at a glance. The bed is large and comfortable (it feels a bit wasteful to live alone 🤪). 4. Service: All very good. I ordered takeaway and the delivery guy delivered it to the wrong place, to the self-service counter. The guy at the front desk took the initiative to help me get it, I have to praise him. 5. Facilities: There is a little damage on the floor that has not been repaired; the most important thing is that the sofa back is short and straight, it cannot be called a sofa, it is just an ordinary stool, and it is not very comfortable to sit and watch TV; there is a socket that is not powered (near the window); there are free snacks such as chocolate, cookies, and cola. 6.
