QingMu·Shang properties in Nanjing

The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from Exit 5 of Xinjiekou subway station via the underground passage, which is very convenient. When checking in, the front desk proactively upgraded our room. On the way to our room after checking in, we met two aunties who both greeted us warmly, which made this 'introvert' secretly happy. The mini-fridge in the room had complimentary small bottles of Pepsi and lime juice, and the bottled water was Jing Tian brand. Everything looked quite clean. The toiletries, like the hand soap and shampoo, felt gentle and not at all plasticky. Overall, a great experience.

The room was spacious and bright, and the smart features were excellent. The front desk staff were also very attentive. What really surprised me was that the hotel's front desk even offered warm bottled water, which was super convenient to carry, especially for those who forgot their water bottle. The hotel is very close to Nanjing South Railway Station, making it easy to get around. If I come to Nanjing again, I'll definitely stay here!

Cleanliness was terrible. We checked in too late on the first day and didn't check the sheets. We left early the next morning and didn't notice anything either. When we checked out, we found bloodstains on the bed and around the pillows! (We weren't injured and weren't menstruating.) The key thing is, the housekeeper came to clean the room, but she didn't notice anything! We told the front desk about the bloodstains when we checked out, and they just said, ”We'll be more careful next time!” What kind of service is that? The room also smelled musty and even smelt cigarettes at night! The electric curtain button wouldn't open or close, and I have no idea what it does. On the bright side, the two breakfasts we ordered with Ctrip were included, and we shared them with all three of us, which was nice. Thank you. The rest was pretty average!
