The two hotels are in the same building. The service was so-so, the price was cheap, and the rooms were relatively large, so I wouldn't expect too much. The cleanliness was poor, and some things in the room were not properly maintained. Overall, it was just average.

There was no overtime fee for returning late and exceeding check-out time, which was quite considerate.
