The room is really clean and new. The bed and firm pillow are amazing for the sleep. 2 pillows were provided. The housekeeper is super friendly and enthusiastic. The front desk is warm with the greetings and quick with the processing. The reception area is filled with daily amenities. There is free laundry area and gym. Luggage can be stored up to 3 months as well. You can travel to elsewhere with a lighter load and be back to collect. The only feedback I have is the shower runs hot and cold intermittently. Overall, it is perfect!

There’s no doubt that this hotel offers wonderful facilities(free gym, free laundry)and is modernly equipped. I did note that the area could be noisy, so I requested a quiet room in advance. The hotel reception was kind enough to accommodate my request, and during my stay, I wasn’t disturbed by any noise. There were some hiccups I encountered during my stay, and my inquiries wasn’t handled as well as expected. However, it is impressive that the receptionists made efforts to resolve the situation once she understood what had happened and offered helpful assistance. Nonetheless, this is a highly cost-effective hotel, and it’s located in a fantastic area with plenty of shopping spots nearby, as well as close to several attractions. I believe that after the incident, the service will improve. Overall, the hotel was excellent, and the minor issues didn't overshadow the positive experience. I would choose to stay Borrman again if I have the opportunity to visit Nanning.

We checked in on March 13th. The hotel was good in every aspect, clean and tidy. The disposable slippers had thick soles and my mother said they were ok. The most important thing was the beautiful lady and handsome man at the front desk. I got off the subway and took the wrong way. I called them to pick me up and took my luggage. It was very touching. I have been to many cities. The people in Nanning are warm and the handsome men and beautiful women speak gently. If I have the opportunity to come to Nanning next time, it will definitely be my first choice hahaha!

The hotel is located at the entrance of Wanguo Plaza on Sanjieliangxiang, which is very convenient for walking around and finding food. There are several night markets such as Shuiyang Market and Xiguan nearby, as well as Chaoyang Square Metro Station, which makes it convenient for everything. The hotel's breakfast is also good, with freshly ground coffee provided. The dishes are also good, with dozens of them available, and the on-site price is only ¥38, which is very cost-effective. Although the room is not big, it is clean, equipped with smart equipment, and comfortable to live in.
