Lovely place in a central location, staff was very helpful and room had many facilities and was very spacious- would recommend was a shame I couldn’t stay longer

You will need to phone the agent once you arrive for access and keys. Go to the 5th level and call from there. Location is close to the MIXC mall. Metro not to far either

The moment I stepped out of the elevator, I was hit with a terrible stench. The room's condition and cleanliness were also extremely poor. The management had a terrible attitude. I strongly recommend the health department and 12315 (consumer hotline) to investigate and rectify the situation!

Considering both the price and my personal experience, I'd say this place is pretty good. The location is excellent, right near a subway station and very close to the East Station, with plenty of food options and a shopping complex nearby. The cleanliness was great, and the room was spacious with a comfortable large balcony. The price was really fantastic! The Wi-Fi signal was a bit unstable at times (though not for long; the owner told me to unplug the router for 10 minutes and then plug it back in, which fixed it).

Convenient location with a nice environment. The high-floor rooms and good service attitude make it perfect for anyone looking to visit Shengtiandi, as it's very close – I could even walk there.

The room was generally spacious, not too old, but the service needs improvement.

It is a flat in a huge almost abandoned project with substandard for China building quality. So it is less nice or fancy than top hotels. But from the other side the location is in the very heart of the new CBD, near the metro, major shopping malls etc. And for this price it can be one of the best choices in the CBD.

The room was exceptionally clean and tidy; I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in. The bed sheets and duvet covers were spotless. The facilities were also comprehensive: the air conditioning heated and cooled quickly, and there was plenty of hot water with good pressure, making for a very comfortable shower. It was incredibly quiet at night, so I wasn't disturbed by outside noise at all and had a very peaceful sleep.

The location is excellent, with plenty of local snacks right downstairs. Across the street, there's a shopping area, and at night, a night market. It's also quite close to Walmart and another commercial district.

We were in town for the Shige Qingtian concert! This hotel is fantastic! It's super close to the Guangxi Sports Center, probably just a 3-5 minute Didi/taxi ride away. The staff were all incredibly friendly and even helped us with our luggage. The hotel's amenities are excellent and made for a very comfortable stay – air conditioning, a washing machine, and a refrigerator were all provided. Our room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable – I slept soundly for all three nights. The bedding was fresh and had no strange smells. I'll definitely pick this hotel again for my next concert visit! ❤️ Oh, I completely forgot to take photos, but it's genuinely a great place. By the way, it's also very close to the subway station, maybe just 100 meters away. And in the evenings, there are lots of street food stalls right downstairs.
