Crowne Plaza NANNING CITY CENTER by IHG

Chosen Crowne Plaza Nanning for my trip, and it was a fantastic choice! The hotel lobby is grand, and the doorman promptly helped with my luggage upon arrival. The room has great natural light and was spotlessly clean. Manager Allen provided exceptional service, proactively upgrading my room and offering helpful tips for my travel plans. It was wonderful!

The room design is beautiful, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer a great view. The front desk service was also excellent. When I arrived, I had a minor scrape on my foot, and the front desk staff promptly brought me iodine swabs and band-aids, which was incredibly thoughtful. They were always ready to help with anything I needed. The most memorable part was the buffet on the 15th or 17th floor – 'No. 1 Seafood' – it was absolutely delicious! Guests get a 50 RMB discount, making it around 200 RMB per person.

The room offered fantastic views of the surrounding high-rise buildings. Downstairs, there's a bustling commercial street and a subway station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The breakfast had a great variety, and I particularly enjoyed the pigeon porridge and pumpkin pie. I stayed for four nights, and the housekeeping was excellent, with daily cleaning and fresh sheets.

The room was quite clean, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. The mattress was also very comfortable to sleep on. The hotel is right next to a subway station, which is super convenient, and it's also close to Qingxiu Mountain – just a short electric scooter ride away.

My business trip to the Crowne Plaza Nanning City Center exceeded my expectations. The location is incredibly convenient, right in the ASEAN Business District and close to the subway station. It's an easy walk to MixC Shopping Mall, offering plenty of dining and shopping options. Check-in was efficient, and Allen was very kind and responsive to my requests. My room was on a high floor with a wide-open view and excellent natural light. The bedding was soft. I'll definitely choose Crowne Plaza again next time.

We were incredibly lucky to book the only floor room at the Crown, it was super comfortable and the kids absolutely loved the bathtub. Bonnie at the front desk was super nice and even gave a teddy bear to our child. We'll definitely be back!

Suki at the front desk was very enthusiastic and helpful. It was a great family trip, and we'd definitely come back again. On the first day, we booked a king-sized bed room, and on the second day, a family room. They even upgraded our first night's stay to a family room for free, which saved us the hassle of switching rooms on the second day.

This is a newly opened hotel. The parking garage is on B3, and you take the elevator to the first floor. The lobby feels quite empty and lacks a lively atmosphere. It was my first time seeing a front desk manager in a hotel lobby using an electric fan – it seems the hotel's design didn't account for aesthetics or air conditioning effectiveness. The room facilities are average, similar to what you'd find at a Grand Mercure, and I even feel that Grand Mercure or Atour hotels have better mattresses and overall management. The only upside is probably the breakfast, and that's a bit of a stretch. In the noodle bar area, the two chefs seemed to be bickering, which suggests the hotel's management level is rather subpar.

Super close to the subway station! The hotel is right to your left as you exit the station. The front desk lady even upgraded me to an executive floor for free! The higher floor offers a great view and is very quiet. The room is well-equipped, clean, and hygienic. Highly recommend staying here!
