The room does not look like a newly renovated one. It is hygienic and has average value for money.

The front desk service is available for check-in that night, please be patient. The front desk service the next morning was poor. I had breakfast in the restaurant at around 10 o'clock, but everything was taken away. I didn't even mention it was empty. I asked the waiter if there was any breakfast left. He just said, no, no more. Then I went to the lobby on the first floor and asked the front desk. The same sentence said, no more, and nothing more. Then I went back to the room to get the travel bag, asked again, and then said no. I was about to call my aunt to prepare snacks and fruits for you. We waited for a while, but nothing happened. This kind of service is really impressive. Originally, the prices were different between those with breakfast and those without breakfast. The one with breakfast was dozens of yuan more. We also specially booked a room with breakfast, which cost more than 200 yuan and 300 yuan a night. The service was so bad and the hygiene was also very bad. There were piles of hair everywhere, snacks and fruits were everywhere, and I heard the sound of KTV at 3 or 4 in the middle of the night. I didn't get a good rest all night. The service attitude at the front desk is poor. The price has gone up, but the service has not improved. The sound insulation effect is not good. It's really bad.

房間很好，隔音不錯，環境非常優雅，服務也很不錯，主動給我們升級了房間。全新裝修的，住得非常舒服。晚上還走到了平西夜市，吃了很多好吃的。還有就是有免費停車，非常方便。性價比賊高。

設施：是老酒店翻新的，智能馬桶，無主燈，但是射燈質量一般，燈光比較刺眼。窗户和紗窗是老版本的，隔音一般。衞生間的插座有的已經小半個翹起來了。中央空調風力一般，屋內較潮。 衞生：還可以，床很潮。 環境：樓下就是淡村市場，早晨天還沒亮就能聽到樓下電動車，汽車，人説話聲，所有的聲音都匯聚到一起纏繞着上升直到人的耳朵裏。樓下是個ktv，但是我住的樓層高，晚上聽不到什麼聲音，比較安靜。但是早晨！！真的是很早很早很早就開始了人聲鼎沸的狀態。為了逛市場特意定的這個酒店，近是真的近，所以有聲音也衹能選擇承受。 服務：服務很好，有訴求都能及時滿足，辦理入住和退房都很迅速，前台服務態度很好。

位置好，酒店旁邊有個大型停車場方便，退房時登記車牌就免費的。早餐17樓，電梯衹到16樓，要爬一層，早餐不算豐富，但感覺精緻的，挺好的。 這次旅遊，住過很多城市的維也納酒店，梧州，東方，文昌，海口，南寧，總體都不錯👍

工作需要，幫同事預訂的房間，辦理入住時有點波折，不知道是酒店的問題還是攜程，還好解決了，整體還是滿意的

環境乾淨衞生，住得也舒服，早餐實惠便宜，相當於有兩個卧室，有兩個衞生間，裏面洗澡。就是如果是低樓層的話可能會被樓下的娛樂場所影響睡覺，但總體是好的！
