This established star-rated hotel is very well-maintained, with all facilities and equipment in excellent condition. The in-room appliances and bathroom fixtures work perfectly without any issues or strange noises, and both water pressure and internet speed are great. The room is spacious and quiet, and the cleanliness is impeccable. Located in the Chaoyang business district, it's close to the train station, making transportation very convenient. The staff are friendly, and the public areas are well-equipped. Overall, I had a comfortable and reassuring stay. It's a top choice for anyone visiting Nanning, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Phoenix Hotel has an excellent location. Before check-in, the assistant manager, Xiao Huang, even asked for our estimated arrival time. Our room was also upgraded for free to a much better room type. It offers great value for money. I highly recommend it!

The hotel room facilities are upscale, clean and hygienic, and the environment is very quiet with no noise disturbance. There are many dining options and services around the hotel downstairs, and the variety is rich. This will be my first choice next time.

The soundproofing at night was good, allowing for a peaceful sleep. The staff were polite, attentive, and very efficient. The surrounding area has all the amenities you could want, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. The price was affordable, making it excellent value for money overall. I genuinely recommend it to everyone.

I've always preferred the quality of established hotels, and this one certainly didn't disappoint. The overall hotel environment is comfortable and grand, and the guest room hygiene is impeccable. For this price, I'm extremely impressed and highly recommend it. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Nanning!

The bed frames were welded from angle iron, just like temporary beds on a construction site. It offered no comfort at all, and the carpet was filthy. What really left a terrible impression was the dirty toilet, and they actually charged for disposable toilet seat covers – unbelievable! The front desk staff had no service awareness and seemed completely indifferent. I find this hotel quite ridiculous and laughable, like it's all a joke. How can it possibly last?

Although it's an older hotel, I booked a city view twin room. The environment and facilities were good, and it was clean and hygienic. A pleasant trip overall.

There are many shops nearby, including a night market, so it's great for shopping and leisure. The room was spacious and very clean, and they even provided complimentary snacks. The facilities were excellent, and the front desk staff was very enthusiastic and helpful. Overall, a great stay experience.
