This isn't specific to me, or whether it applies to bookings made online. The cleanliness was poor, the phone didn't work, and I had to go to the front desk to add breakfast. The reception desk was deserted, and I had to call several times before someone finally showed up. When I told them the phone wasn't working, they just asked me to add them on WeChat. They showed no interest in fixing it, suggesting they already knew about it. I wouldn't stay there again.
