入住時間：原訂28-31日住舒適大床房，31日晚已辦理續住1天輕奢大床房，並刷新房卡） 1. 基礎設施不達標：舒適房間空間極度狹小，行李箱打開後完全無下腳之地，床頭插頭損壞，無法正常使用，連基本居住需求都無法滿足。 2. 續住後服務混亂，頻繁騷擾催逼換房：31日晚已與前台溝通確認續住1天，前台當場幫忙刷新房卡，因晚間無法換房約定次日更換；次日下午2點多前台來電告知可換房，反問我是否已下單，明顯看出內部系統無記錄，專業度缺失；我明確表示會盡快下去換房，前台卻反覆強逼要求3點前必須換房，聲稱要將原房賣出，全然不顧我已付續住費（訂房時已加價）；距離電話不到10分鐘，清潔人員上門拍門催促換房，我說明需時間收拾行李後，前台又再次來電催逼，嚴重打擾休息，體驗極差。 3. 強買強賣好評，威脅扣費：退房時被要求必須寫好評，否則強行扣除20元；同時拿房間1點前退房扣錢威脅，質疑酒店所有好評均為強逼所得，毫無商業底線。 4. 惡意停電甩鍋，態度極端惡劣：我就上述問題向酒店反映後，酒店僅來電一次未接通，便私自給我房間停電；事後竟甩鍋聲稱是我睡覺時不小心關閉總開關，推卸責任毫無歉意，行為惡心**。
