The hotel facilities are new, the hairdryer has a strong airflow, and the room is spacious. The downsides are that there are no hooks in the bathroom, so there's nowhere to hang things, and the toilet is too small, with the toilet right next to the glass door.

The free candy in the lobby is a lifesaver for kids! When checking in with a child, the sight of the colorful candy instantly calms them down. The candy comes in a variety of flavors, including cartoon shapes. With the candy in hand, the child was well-behaved the whole way, making the check-in process much smoother.

Check-in was incredibly fast. The front desk staff were extremely skilled, verifying information, processing procedures, and explaining the facilities. The whole process took no more than 3 minutes, without any long queues. They even proactively inquired about our needs and thoughtfully arranged a suitable room. The experience was fantastic!

I checked into the hotel at 4 PM and there was no hot water for showering. The staff didn't remind me, and I caught a cold from the cold water. Hot water wasn't available until 10 PM. Breakfast was very meager; there was only a little porridge, and the rest was just for show. Be careful when checking in!

Blindly go for it! The decor is modern and stylish, simple yet sophisticated, perfect for taking great photos; the facilities are complete and not perfunctory, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, fast-cooling air conditioning, and even a powerful hairdryer; the service is superb, they respond to your needs with just a shout and are very friendly; the cleanliness is impeccable, no dust in the corners, and the bedding is spotless, making for a top-notch stay!

This was my first time visiting Xixiangtang District in Nanning. Since I had to transfer buses, I specifically chose a hotel near the bus station, and it was definitely the right choice! First of all, the breakfast was plentiful and varied. The room was spotless; there wasn't a speck of dust on the table or floor. The facilities were also complete, with enough toiletries and charging ports. The receptionist patiently answered all my questions about visiting the Old Kapok Manor; the service was incredibly attentive. Free parking was also convenient, and they even gave me bottled water when I left. The value for money was amazing!

As someone who frequently travels to Nanning for business, this hotel has become my go-to spot! First, I have to praise the service. I was in a rush this morning and didn't have time for breakfast, so the staff thoughtfully packed eggs and soy milk for me to take with me, even packing them in an insulated bag – I was so touched. The room was impeccably clean; the desk and bedside table were spotless, even the crevices of the electrical outlets were dust-free. The used towels were collected early in the morning, and new ones were neatly folded and placed beside the bed. The large window was a huge plus; after working late at night, standing by the window, enjoying the evening breeze, and looking at the night view below instantly relieved my fatigue. Staying in a hotel like this in Nanning is truly a blessing!
