Good hotel located centrally. Easy check in and out. TV remote was a bit iffy. Overall great experience.

Everything was great at Vienna Nanning Railway Station. I especially appreciated the front desk. One woman there helped me a great deal to solve a problem I had when traveling. The bed was comfortable and room very clean. I didn't have breakfast so can't comment.
This was a great value.

Facilities, the building appears to be old and dirty.
Location is ok, central area.
Rooms are clean and comfortable. Strong Air conditioning.
Lifts are old and slow.

The young man at the counter is very helpful, helping us to book taxi and Didi to all the locations we need to travel to. He even offer us Free breakfast at the hotel. we end up booking extra 2 nights with Trip.co.
Totally enjoyed our stay in Nanning before catching a train to Guilin. The train station is only 3 min walk from this hotel.

Staff was helpful, room was clean, breakfast was good.
The only bad thing was the smell of cigarette smoke in the room, even though I booked a non-smoking room.

The bed is comfortable and the bathroom water pressure works fine. The hotel lift can be slow. Receptionists’ readiness to serve well is not on point, just need to keep communicating with them for an answer. Location is alright, it’s near to nanning railway station and perhaps 20-30mins away from the big shopping malls.
