excellent hotel. top class and great price

Location is okay. Service is lacking due to lack of staff (they said so).

The location and service staff are very good. We are two adults with a child, and they also gave the child a small bed. The hotel is a little old, and the workers don't clean it so cleanly, but the cost performance is very high

Super convenient for the location. Great service and a plentiful and varied breakfast. We stayed in the Henri Michel suite, really comfortable for 4 people.

The room has everything you need, very clean and tidy. The breakfast is good, The parking lot is hard to find, especially for the first time, it is not easy to find in and out, but the front desk clerk is very patient and gave the navigation address and exit guide route map, but for foreigners, it is really hard to find for the first time.

The employees are not very enthusiastic. The room is very basic compared to the price paid. Breakfast is not very impressive. You should add some mushrooms sautéed in butter to accompany Scrambled Egg.

Very nice and comfortable. Regarding invoicing, it was a disaster, 3 lines, 2 errors. Almost €100 billed unduly.

The hotel only takes a deposit from a bank card. Returns take a long time. There was no hairdryer in the room. I had to ask 3 times and only on the third time did they bring it. For 1 night maximum. But I won’t stop again. The service is not very good.

酒店位於南特市中心，提前一天發來了郵件，詳細告知如何開車進去停車，可惜我沒看見。谷歌地圖怎麼也到不了酒店，衹要停在附近公共停車場，拖着箱子走了十分鐘。到了酒店後趕緊去車庫取車，照着指引開進來了。這説明酒店的服務不錯。停車收費的，法國酒店停車都沒有免費，比公共停車場便宜。酒店對門就是一家人氣很旺的餐廳，傍晚很多人排隊。酒店的位置太好了，走出去就是廣場，然後是購物街，周圍有教堂，餐廳，景點。走走都不遠。酒店家庭房的房間不大，四個人夠用，打牌也有地方。早餐挺好的。
