Demain Hôtel & Conciergerie

The bin in my room hadn't been emptied, and there were used sanitary products inside, which made the bathroom smell. I checked in late, so it was too late to do anything about it.

The hotel's location is decent; it's close to good restaurants and bars in the area, though there aren't many convenience stores nearby. The building wing I stayed in had a slight odor, but the room itself was fine.

Excellent location, and though the breakfast was simple, the quality was very good. It's a shame they don't have air conditioning, but they do provide fans. The staff were very accommodating. The facilities are basic but perfectly adequate.

The front desk service was excellent. It was a bit cold during my stay, but the room had heating, which made it very comfortable. When I reported an issue with the room, the staff immediately arranged a room change – very efficient and polite. They also provided detailed explanations about nearby attractions and safety. The only downside is that the room facilities are quite basic, with just a hanger, towels, a small table, and a bed, making it only suitable for short stays.

Everything was perfect. The location is ideal, very close to the tramway. The room was small, but functional and very clean. The sheets and towels were clean and new. The staff was very attentive and available. I especially want to highlight the breakfast: simple and very tasty, with products from local producers. It's really worth it. If I go back to Nantes, I will definitely return to Demain!

Lovely little hotel, perfectly located right in the city center. It's so peaceful and quiet—no outside noise at all. The welcome was excellent. They offer Dammann tea and coffee, and the toiletries are organic. Honestly, nothing to fault, everything was perfect! We'll definitely be back on our next visit to Nantes.
