What a lovely place in the heart of Nantes with shops bars restaurants and train station within easy walk, only about 20 minutes to train station if that. Rustic building, you walk up a few stairs to reception and are greeted with a friendly smile, they knew my name and I was able to leave my luggage in reception as a 16:30 check in but they did ask if I needed my room at all. On check in I was provided with code for door to enter the building. I was offered breakfast at €6 per day and they said I could order on the day and explained I could have free tea and coffee in the morning if I wanted. The room was excellent very spacious with a large looks like super king size not sure but big, tv and wardrobe, table and chairs. You can open the windows wide to let in the air. Bathroom with shower, it’s like a studio apartment without the cooker and fridge. Clean and tidy throughout, there are a couple of sachets of shower/body gel so take your own, this is not a problem. I booked a year ago so price was excellent for the location. Free WiFi just accept terms and connect l, quiet and relaxing, you are in the centre so expect noise from bars outside when in festival period. You can shut the inner doors to the French windows and that will reduce any noise from outside I would book again without hesitation and I haven’t finished my stay yet, thank you.

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Check in was very straight forward. Room was good quality, clean, comfortable and cleaned each day.
Given that this is a “budget” hotel it exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay again
The location is absolutely superb, very central, walking distance to everything. You really are in the heart of the city!

Absolutely nothing I disliked about the hotel, or Nantes in general - it was superb!
The hotel is in a little side street, with a couple of bars/cafes - the nightlife is vibrant but any noise is silenced in the hotel. Hotel within easy walking distance of the cathedral, chateau and shops, plus amazing food/drinking places. Just loved it

Small room, but has everything you need. Square outside is pretty busy and loud but our room wasn't facing the street so it was very nice and quiet. The room was spotless and the receptionist super friendly and helpful. Great location.

Hôtel centre ville bien situé et dans une rue calme. Le propriétaire est très gentil et serviable, j'ai pu intégrer ma chambre alors que je m'étais trompée dans les horaires d'ouverture à l'enregistrement. Chambre tout confort, très bien et propre. Petit déjeuner varié et de qualité.

Petit hôtel familial très bien situé au centre de Nantes. Parfait pour visiter la Ville. Chambre familiale avec 2 lits doubles. Un peu vétuste mais très propre. Les chambres sont refaites au fur à mesure. Petit déjeuner simple mais bon avec un prix tout à fait honnête par rapport aux prix hôteliers habituels. La gentillesse et la disponibilité des propriétaires rendent le séjour encore plus agréable.

Accueil excellent ! Hôtel situé au centre ville de Nantes, près de tout (restos, bars terrasses, tramway et la fort jolie cathédrale Saint-Nicolas) ! Séjours en mai 2022 et 2023. Signé un Québécois ravi d'y retourner en 2024 :-)

Une équipe arrangeante, bienveillante et sympathique pour nous accueillir avec nos 🚲🚲 électriques bien à l'abri dans le local sécurisé prévu pour eux. Bon rapport qualité prix pour le petit déjeuner à 6€. Une adresse très bien située pour découvrir le ❤️ de Nantes.

Hôtel très bien placé, centre de Nantes, accès proche des tran. Accueil impeccable et serviable avec de bons conseils. Literie très confortable. chambre pour 4 personnes spacieuse au 4 -ème étage sans ascenseur. petit déjeuné complet et prix très correcte. Je recommande cette hotel pour un sejour sur nantes rapport qualité/prix avec le sourir
