Nous avons été très déçues par la chambre que nous avions demandé avec deux lits séparés, mais pas par un cm. La chambre est très petite, seul petit point ”fort”, la séparation de la salle d'eau et des wc, sauf la lumière qui est trop forte en pleine nuit ! Le petit déjeuner est trop peu varié et nous avons dû attendre le pain cuit à la demande, au lieu de pain frais... Par ailleurs lors de la réservation, nous avions demandé si l'hôtel possédait un parking privé clos, il nous avait confirmé par l'affirmative, quelle ne fut donc notre déception lorsqu'il a fallu mettre le véhicule au parking de la Médiathèque... Le gros point fort, l'accueil et le professionnalisme du personnel de la réception. Nous nous demandons comment vous avez obtenu vos trois étoiles si ce n'est par votre position géographique dans Nantes...
