Four Points by Sheraton Nantong Haimen

The hotel's front desk service was absolutely excellent. They even called me in advance to check if I'd be affected by a typhoon and upgraded my room. Hotels in the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Anhui region are always top-notch and offer great value for money. There's one thing that really irks me, as someone with high standards for hotels: the large light bulb above the bed is wired in series with all the other lights. If you just turn on the small light near the door or the bathroom strip lights, that big bulb above the bed comes on, disturbing anyone else trying to sleep. The second issue is the elevator, which has no air conditioning. The lobby of this 4-star hotel looks quite decent, but the elevator completely lacks AC, and other guests mentioned it's incredibly slow. – The elevator is just unacceptable. Overall, the hotel staff's service mindset is commendable. They offer evening turndown service with milk. While it might not be worth much monetarily, it takes effort for someone to go to each room and deliver it, which is quite impressive.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the pedestrian street, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. Before check-in, Nina proactively asked about my room preferences, and the room she arranged was clean and tidy. I'm very satisfied.

Every time I visit Haimen, I stay at this Sheraton. The location and surroundings are excellent, and it's very close to the Haimen TV Tower, which you can see directly from the hotel. The hotel's breakfast is great, the room colors are warm and inviting, and the bedding is very comfortable. Mila provided exceptional service and was very attentive to the guest experience!

The emotional value provided was simply perfect! I'm very satisfied. Despite some minor issues, they were incredibly receptive and proactive in addressing my suggestions, which I really appreciated.

An excellent hotel! It's right next to a pedestrian street, making dining super convenient, and the facilities are all brand new. Every staff member was polite and thoughtful. The restaurant staff proactively greeted us and asked about our coffee preferences. The front desk manager even took us up to the 38th-floor rooftop, patiently waiting while we took photos. A special shout-out to Judy at the front desk – she was incredibly responsive and patiently helped us with all our requests and gave us great tips about the local area. Overall, it was a perfectly wonderful stay. I hope more people get to experience this hotel. Thank you!

Great location with convenient parking and plenty of dining options nearby. The gym is decent, though it's a shame there's no pool, which you'd usually expect from a Sheraton. Overall, it's good, and I'd stay here again.

Came here for a weekend trip from Shanghai, and the hotel's front desk staff, Juay, was incredibly warm and provided excellent service. Very satisfied!

This is the best hotel in Haimen. The rooms are spacious, and it's significantly better than other hotels in the same destination in every aspect. It's definitely the top choice for business travelers visiting Haimen.

Check-in and check-out were super fast. The lobby offers complimentary drinks and a pool table for entertainment. In the evenings, you can watch Scottish Premiership matches on the big screen. The breakfast was delicious, and you can even go for a picnic at Qinglonggang nearby.
