週五放學上海直接開過來，有點小堵開了約2個半小時。抵達之前已經有前台加微信提要求聯繫過了，表示小朋友生日，有送蛋糕和水果。酒店服務專業親切，幫忙拎行李，送外賣，房間乾淨整潔備品齊全，有頭繩和漱口水，洗護用品好用。距離森迪動物園約15分鐘車程。行政禮遇簡餐晚上5點開始7點結束。泳池拍照好看，一共有三個池子。更衣室乾淨整潔沒有潮濕地滑，浴巾和洗護用品齊全，救生員敬業，一直盯着。感謝小錢姑娘，有求必應，服務專業。此次行程非常滿意，遇到的每一位服務員都專業親切培訓管理到位，隔壁是萬怡酒店，地理位置絕佳，有萬達，宜家，山姆。下次來森迪動物園還會選擇的，比住樂園裡性價比高太多！

衞生不行，灰塵沒打掃乾淨也就算了，地下有上家客人的餅乾都沒掃掉，被我家的寶寶撿起來差點要吃，早餐也是很一般，東西沒了都不及時補，不值！

3110房間我很滿意，視野好，房間安靜
進大廳的時候，外面剛好在下雨，我差點滑倒了，酒店能安排什麼防滑措施嗎？行政禮遇沒去體驗。
到房間就躺下了，要是有乳膠枕就好了，睡眠困難户。。
客房和前廳響應很積極，非常滿意！！不會因為是攜程客人就破例送煙灰缸和打火機，堅守酒店原則，特別好！

去年新裝修的酒店，味道還是有點大的。
和父母一起出來，酒店安排了連通房，很方便。
房間硬件不錯，滿意。最喜歡咖啡機，自己打咖啡喝，舒服。
酒店早餐一般，種類不多，不過可以打包咖啡喝，可以可以。
下次有機會來二刷。

帶小朋友來南通玩 選了艾美酒店 訂的親子房 24年新開的酒店 地理位置很好 對面就是萬達廣場 離萬象城也是10分鐘左右的路程 設施、環境、衞生都很不錯 早餐品種也挺豐富的 口味也在線

設施：酒店很新，泳池很棒，1.2米深的泳池可以直接讓孩子下水自己玩了。
定了一個雙床行政房，房間很大，帶兩個孩子也還算寬敞。窗簾遮光效果超好，睡了很棒的一覺。
環境：酒店的各類設計都很美觀，法式清新的美
服務：4分扣在早餐，早上的南瓜粥是冰的，煎餃也有糊的，炒麪還是炒米粉非常幹
行政禮遇:行政酒廊的點心和餐還可以

酒店整體來説還可以。
但是作為一個定價在千元級別的酒店，居然床圍欄數量很少，前一晚電話諮詢確認是有的，但第二天入住卻説沒有了，沒有的情況下前一晚也沒有告知，雖説前台服務態度還可以，提供了被子和枕頭臨時圍了下，但給人的感覺就是很將就。
房間設施雖讓人眼前一亮，但油漆味很重，空調吹了好久才散去。
另外迎賓水果沒有就算了，中秋節入住送個幾塊錢的月餅也不是很過分吧？
總體來説性價比不如樓下萬怡。
