Stayed in the Joysuites Nantong for 11 nights in October 2025 as a visitor from the UK. I found the service and facilities to be excellent. The room was bright clean and fresh. The amenities were also excellent and in good order. The bed was extremely comfortable. Room service was to a very high standard and all staff generally were incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast offered an excellent choice and what was offered was of a high quality. Thoroughly enjoyable stay. Highly recommend

Love love love staying at Joysuites! Even the most basic room is huuuuge! It has its own kitchenette, washer, and dryer. Not to mention the view!
The Blue Frog restaurant nearby makes for the perfect place to grab lunch/dinnner too!

很很好 Everything very very good! I love the location of this hotel, they clean everyday and provide you with water and clean towels and detergent. The front desk and breakfast staff special cheers for them they are very kind, friendly and helpful! I highly suggest this hotel, right in the mall and also with the subway in there! Love it !!!!

Location is great, right next to the mall. Very clean and service is great and if you need to check out a little bit late, just ask the front desk. I especially like it has a washer/dryer in the room.

Great staff! Speaks good English. The concierge was very helpful, from smooth checked in up to helping me arrange transportation for my departure.
Hotel facilities like the comforts of a home. I will surely book my stay here again 😊
