Nice hotel right at the edge of beautiful Sun moon lake, walking distance to the old street. Special thanks to Mr. Ma from front desk who provide excellent service to us!

The hotel's location is excellent, offering views of Sun Moon Lake. It's also a short walk to the pier. They even provide complimentary bicycle tickets. However, the breakfast selection is a bit limited.

The staff were friendly and the front desk provided a lot of useful information. However, the hotel facilities are a bit old and the soundproofing isn't great. If you have late-sleeping neighbors, it might affect your sleep 💤. I recommend the front desk provide earplugs to prevent disturbances!

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the view from the room was admittedly wonderful, it was completely overshadowed by a horrific experience. The bed was heavily infested with bed bugs. I woke up with severe bites all over my legs, which has completely ruined the rest of my travels. Dealing with the intense discomfort, itching, and the anxiety of potentially carrying them to my next destination (Kaohsiung) has been incredibly stressful and unpleasant. A nice view does not make up for a lack of basic hygiene and safety. Management needs to take immediate action, deeply treat these rooms, and take guest health seriously. I cannot recommend staying here until this severe issue is completely resolved.

Great location with a beautiful view from the lake-view room. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was decent. The facilities are a bit old but well-maintained. Aside from the poor soundproofing due to it being a wooden building, it was a pretty good stay overall.
