Harbor Elite Hotel

I had a really nice stay here! The room was clean and comfortable, and I especially loved the big bathroom—it felt spacious and relaxing after a long day out. The location couldn’t be better: just a short walk to the bus interchange and the Jetty, which made travel around easy. Breakfast was served at a partner hotel nearby, only a few minutes away, and it was a great way to start the morning. Overall, it’s a convenient and cozy place to stay if you want easy access to transport.

Very poor management. Very poor amenities.Hotel staff behaviour very rude. Disappointed staying in this hotel. Recommend not to stay in this hotel. Bed experience.

There was not many good things to write about this hotel… please avoid!!! - The hotel room was completely run down.. not anywhere near or even close to the pictures online ( unfortunately i have not taken any pics of the room to share) -The the curtains separating the bathroom were all torn and very very old , so were the bathroom taps and showers- i didnt even dare to use the rain shower it was looking so bad. -The TV console was dusty and was not fixed to the wall and was just sitting inside the glass panel - The beds and linen was well maintained. - The location is good Looks like the hotel management is not keen on maintaining the quality as they have another hotel nearby where we had the breakfast which was not bad. And finally the front office lady dont know the name- was rude to the core. We had to pay 300TWD / room for being 30 -45 mins late from the original checkout time of 11:00. No qualms about the extramoney that was paid but the behaviour was not at all friendly. We stayed for just 1 night and had 2 rooms booked , but i wouldnt recommend anyone to stay even half day. In short please avoid this hotel, as there are many ither hotels in the same area.

The hotel is considerably cheaper than others in the area with similar-looking rooms and it is brilliantly-located right at the lakefront and only 2 minutes away from the bus terminal. The staff is very friendly and you even get a discount voucher for the nearby bike rental. I booked a room without a window and got one with two windows which is absolutely appreciated. I even had a very large bathroom with a gorgeous and huge bathtub which was an unexpected luxury. Overall the room is clean and comfortable. The AC works perfectly, the bed is comfortable enough for a few days, and the the linen and towels were fresh. The interior is dated which didn't bother me me much because it was still as clean as dated interior can get and therefore definitely clean enough for me and for most travellers. I actually kinda liked the old charme. The walls are thin, though it doesn't matter so much because there aren't many rooms per floor. The breakfast was surprisingly nice and located in another hotel right at the lakefront so that you have stunning views!
