The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel location is close to bus stop and pier. I would recommend it. However, if you have large luggage or problems with your knees, you should ask for lower floor.

Booked 2 person bedroom n requested high floor, owner email inform no lift so request change to lower floor. Owner arrange 2nd floor for us. It 3 person bedroom, so very big for 2 person. Lady owner very nice n shared a lot of information with us. Clean n very convenience location. Take bus from TaiChung HSR to Sun Moon Lake, it just 1 min walk to here.

Location is very convenient to the pier, bus station and eateries in Shuishe. Hotel owner is friendly and nice to introduce us on how to tour the Sun moon lake and tips on boar and bus schedule which we may overlook. Room is relatively new, spacious, nicely decorated and well equipped except one-time toiletries. Would recommend this hotel to travellers.

The host is very friendly and easy going. We managed to check in right away when we reached at noon. The host also recommended some itineraries worth exploring. Only cons is there is no lift so if you have big luggages, you might want to reconsider. They do also sell cheaper ferry tickets and give out bike rental vouchers. They do not provide breakfast but do give us free NTD 50 7-eleven giftcard.

Had a fantastic stay here. Location couldn't be better, less than a minute from the bus station, lots of restaurants and cafes surrounding it and a few minutes walk to Shuishe pier. Our room was excellent, very clean and comfortable. The bathroom is a wet room, the shower has great power and no issues with the hot water. The owners were lovely, helped us carry our luggage up the stairs and even provided a baby bath for our daughter to use. No breakfast is provided, but they provided us with vouchers to use at 7 eleven instead, which was actually a lot more convenient for us. We would absolutely stay here again if we were visiting. Thanks for a great stay!

The village is not big, so location is good and everything is close (all stores, bus stops, and port). Owner is very helpful and friendly. No breakfast but they give a small 50 yuan voucher for 7 eleven per person. No lift
