This place is beautiful! Our room offers a lovely garden view, and the restaurant provides a stunning view of the mountain lake. There is an open common balcony with chairs and tables, along with a hot and cold water dispenser for guests to enjoy. While there is no air conditioning in the room, Nantou County's cooler mountain climate makes it comfortable. The bed is equipped with an electric warmer to ensure our comfort.
The owner and staff were very helpful in assisting us with our luggage to our room. There is also a Filipino staff member who made our stay even more enjoyable. They offer unlimited hot coffee and hot chocolate, which is a wonderful perk. The owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating; he even drove us to our next hotel. Thank you, Sir.🥰
Keep in mind that the hotel is situated uphill. If you don't have a car or any form of transportation, it's manageable to walk the 15 minutes downhill to the bus station, although it can be challenging with luggage. The return journey uphill can be tiring, making it less suitable for seniors. However, young people who enjoy hiking and don’t mind walking will likely appreciate the location.
Buses are available to Cingjing Farm, the Swiss Garden, and other nearby tourist spots, but access is limited without your own car. If you do have one, you will truly enjoy this beautiful place! ❤️
