Great location with fantastic view to sun moon lake. Breakfast was nice. Owner and staffs are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend to those looking for accommodation with Sun Moon Lake view.

The restaurant staff were excellent from May 24th to May 25th, showing care for every table. ❤️ They also gave us recommendations for nearby facilities. The weather was lovely during our stay, so the room view was absolutely beautiful!

The view from my hotel room was amazing. I hiked all the way to the top of Cien Pagoda across the water from the port near its base and the view still wasn't as good as what I would wake up to in the morning. In terms of convenience there's plenty in the small village below but it's definitely a smaller village than across the water in Ita Thao.

We absolutely loved this hotel! We only stayed one night, but the views of Sun Moon Lake were breathtakingly beautiful, completely different in the morning and evening – truly a treat. The arched balcony window was perfect for photos, and we even caught the sunrise. The staff were very polite and helpful. Overall, the cleanliness was good, though there were a few minor stains on the towels, but we had our own, so it wasn't a big issue. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, but the taste was decent, and it offered good value for money. The location is excellent, just a two-minute walk to Shuishe Pier, making it convenient for boat tours to enjoy the beautiful scenery.

This hotel is conveniently located at Shuishe Pier in Sun Moon Lake, making it easy to catch a boat tour or the lake shuttle. The lake-view rooms are fantastic (Picture 1), offering great views of Shuishe Pier from the balcony (Picture 2, showcasing Sun Moon Lake in the morning). The hotel breakfast is excellent, and the restaurant windows overlook the Shuishe Pier promenade. Sun Moon Lake is very peaceful in the mornings and evenings; before 8 AM and after 7 PM, the pier is practically deserted, so it's wonderfully quiet. The last picture shows the hotel exterior taken from the Shuishe Pier promenade.

We check in quite late and the staff is very nice to help us with the check in process. Our room has a very nice view facing the lake and the location is very near to the ferry too! Parking wise is about 5mins walk away and you need to pay for the parking fee.

I had a wonderful stay here. Everything was perfect! The room was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The view was amazing and made the whole experience even better. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, which made us feel very welcome. I truly loved everything about this hotel and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
