Pros: * Service and Environment: The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was generally clean and tidy. * Free Amenities and Snacks: There's a kids' play area on the first floor, and complimentary coffee, tea bags, and snacks are available for guests to help themselves, which is a great bonus. * Breakfast Selection: Breakfast offered a good variety of main dishes like toast, congee, rice, and noodles. Areas for Improvement: * The bathroom had a slight musty smell, which affected the comfort of our stay. * The in-room refrigerator wasn't cold enough, and the TV picture quality was a bit odd. Summary: While there were some minor flaws with the amenities, overall, considering the service, facilities, and breakfast, a one-night stay was quite acceptable. It would be even better if the equipment issues could be resolved!

This hotel just 5 min away walk to puli night market. The room is comfortable, the breakfast is decent, the staff’s attitude are good. they have parking lot, kid’s playroom for small kid and snack bar. Overall experience is great!

This place is perfect for a trip with friends. It's clean, fun, and very relaxing. I hope to stay here again next time I visit Nantou. Thank you!

The hotel is clean but definitely older in appearance and amenities. The room was very basic, but accommodated our large family well. For the right price, we would return.

The room interiors and common areas were quite good. The only downside was the inconvenient parking; spots filled up quickly, and we had to park in an open lot about 200 meters away. The breakfast was pretty good though.

The staff was friendly and the room was in tiptop condition, will booking again if needed

Excellent location

Spacious Room. Given free upgrade to bigger room. Counter staff hospitable. But location is far from most bus stations. Need to walk 25 minutes to main Puli Bus station to take bus back to Taichung. We asked the counter to call the taxi to the main bus terminal.

The service from the staff was very good & perlite. The place is clean & has free drinks & snack at the lobby. Breakfast was good & nice. There is a night market but only operated on weekend. It’s the cheapest place to stay.

The services and room are nice.

I've stayed here multiple times, and this time I was upgraded from a triple room to a quad room 🙏 The wallpaper above the bed looked old, with several tears and peeling. They could consider updating it or changing it to a simple, natural color like the paint on the hallway walls. Breakfast could include at least one type of fruit; the braised pork was delicious 👍 Highly recommended! The variety of steamed buns and dumplings could be increased; since the price should be the same, at least it would look more appealing 🙏
