The room had an amazing view, and the tatami mats were new and smelled great. Plus, right outside the restaurant is the lakeside bike path, and the hotel offers free children's bikes, which is fantastic! The only downside was finding a dead cockroach in the shoe area of the kids' play room. I told the front desk attendant, but it wasn't removed.

The room and bathroom were very clean, and there was plenty of space, making this room type perfect for a family of four. The public facilities were diverse, including a basketball arcade game and a pool table, all in a nice environment. Very satisfying!

The room was spacious and clean, and the balcony was a huge plus. The breakfast menu changed daily during our two-day stay, which was a nice touch. Definitely recommend! The staff were all very enthusiastic. The location is right by a bike path, and they offer free bicycles, which was a big bonus.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right by Sun Moon Lake with stunning, unobstructed lake views. Sitting on the balcony and admiring the scenery is simply incredible and so pleasing to the eye! The room was also exceptionally clean. Highly recommended!

I fully enjoyed my stay at Sun Moon Lake Hotel in terms of their hospitality and beautiful & peaceful location. They have supported me to get to one of the old tea farm which needs special transportation arrangement by arranging a very attentive and helpful driver. They are located at a peaceful quintet location which is about 15 min walk from Suishe visitor centre also nearby secret small water area where fireflies appears at night of spring season. They have a free bicycle service too so I could also fully enjoy both cycling and morning walk to see sunrise at a quiet wooden boardwalk. I would like to come back at the next firefly season. Thanks again for the wonderful stay.

As a wheelchair-bound person, I found the hotel's service to be perfectly adequate. The facilities were great for my wife and our five-year-old daughter, and for me too. The hotel restaurant was spacious enough with a good variety of food, and my whole family enjoyed our meal there.

The room was huge, and the bathtub was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The view from the balcony was absolutely therapeutic, and there was even a Japanese-style dining area with a table where we could eat, chat with family, and just relax. Thumbs up! ^_^
