The boss is very kind. We have to leave the hotel at 7 am to the bus station. The boss also offered to drive us there. He also bought breakfast early in the morning for us to enjoy it by car. The internal and external environment is clean and tidy. The configuration of flowers and plants, paddling pools and restaurants in the park is very plus points. The most pleasant thing is the kindness and seriousness of the staff and the boss. The breakfast is also made in the morning. It is not a simple stain. The owner of the B&B is a very nice person and makes you feel very comfortable.
When I enter the store, the boss will buy me a cup of teađ”. Then I have a lot of transportation questions to ask the boss, and the boss patiently helps me with my inquiries and gives me opinions. His attitude is really not too good. I remember that when I arrived early, I left my luggage at the front desk before check-in time. When I came back, my luggage had already been sent to the room. The boss also taught me how to use the TV đș He was really very attentive
The hotel room is quite large, and the facilities are very new. There is a hot water machine. The owner said that this may be the newest B&B on this nearby street. There is an Internet TV in the room where you can watch YouTube and so on. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry!
There are all shops and restaurants nearby. The location is like a small town. Many shops are concentrated together. If you want to take the bus, it is only a 2-minute walk, which is very convenient! Then, the B&B sells Sun Moon Lake ferry tickets, which are quite cost-effective. Itâs cheaper than buying them yourself.

PPEASHOOTSThe hotel was beautiful, about 50 meters from the pier as you get off the boat. The hotel staff were very welcoming and spoke good English. Our room was available before our check-in time which was really handy and the room was incredibly clean and spacious.
The staff do go above and beyond to ensure your stay with them meets your needs and will aid in organising transport that fits in with your itinerary.
Weâve never stayed in a hotel where it felt the staff genuinely cared about our time spent in their area. After worrying over how to get from Sun Moon Lake to our next destination, the hotel staff helped plan our bus routes, arrange a taxi service and called us in the morning to ensure we were up for the very early bus we needed to catch.
Ita Thao in our opinion is the best side of the lake to stay, everyone is very friendly and the street food is much better. In addition the cable car service is a 5 minute walk from the hotel, which takes you to the beautiful Aboriginal Village and theme park. Boat rides, paddle boats, kayaks, bikes, electric scooters are all a stones throw from the hotel and a 15 minute cycle from Wenwu Temple.
We did in-depth research into all the accommodation around the whole of Sun Moon Lake and we can say for certain, this hotel is perfect.

TTravel_with_soo_yanI travelled with a group of friends and stayed at a 6ppl family room at Euro Country Villa. The view from the room balcony was stunning! I feel very relaxed seeing such a pretty view in the early morning when I wake up and the room was as spacious as expected. Although there is no air conditioning (but I saw heating available) available, I don't think it's needed anyway given it's quite windy and cool at night even in summer.
During check-in, we were told they served both afternoon tea and breakfast. Breakfast is good with simple food, I didn't have a chance to enjoy their afternoon tea but I heard they served tea and cookies.
Just one reminder - If you do not drive like me, it will take you ~10 mins walk (ïŒ15mins if you have luggage on this sloped unpaved road) from the nearest bus station/convenience store. Might not be the most ideal if you carry very bulky heavy luggage. That said, you might still find it worthy seeing this stunning view when you get up.

GGuest UserEnjoyed my stay here. The service was extremely good, the reception very kindly recommended us places to visit. The hotel sells bicycle rental voucher with papago (bike rental shop) at a discounted price of NTD 100 for a full day rental (8am to 5pm) and also round trip boat ride tickets at NTD 250. Hotel rooms are clean and the bed was comfy. Breakfast here starts at 8.30 to 9.30 and it was simple but good.
The hotel is about 6 minutes away from the bus terminal in Shuishe Visitor Centre. It's recommended to think twice before booking if you have too much luggage as you have to walk by the roadside (no pedestrian lane). Also, the hotel reception is located separately from the hotel so be prepared to walk about 3 minutes to your room. Note there's quite a steep slope here to the rooms and there are wooden planks you have to pull your bag over. The nearest 7 Eleven is also at the Visitor Centre so you have to walk out there.

Room was as per advertised. Spacious enough for a family of 4.
Toothbrush, comb, shavers and towels are available too.
Staff was good and clear of information. Just be mindful that after 8pm onwards, there would be no staff around - so you would require to remember the password of the main entrance.
NOTE: There's no English T&Cs, so be prepared to have your Google translator on your phone if you can't read Chinese.
Constant hot water for shower would be from 5PM to 12PM daily. If you would to shower earlier in the morning, you would require let the water run for awhile before the hot water is available otherwise you may have to shower with icy cold water.
Generally, you would require a transport within Cingjing else it's not accessible for you to grab food or your necessities from the 7-11.
Breakfast is available at NT$200/pax from 7:30AM - 9AM. Brunch is available at ala carte prices ranging from NT$150 onwards from 9AM - 2PM. Restaurants are available within Cingjing if you have your own transportation. Otherwise, you may wish to call the cafe located at the Swiss Garden, they do offer food delivery but be sure to check on their operating hours. đ

NNeo SSYou'll get free entrance to cingjing farm, Swiss garden and Skywalk from the counter. There's also free breakfast with a lot of varieties. The room however is small and is not air conditioned. You'll get a fan so let's hope the weather is cold enough for you at night. There's water heater available but only at certain hours. Value for the price I'll say.

NNot pureThe girl at the front desk of the B&B had a great service attitude. She even took the initiative to help us carry our luggage to the bus when we were waiting for the bus after get off work! The scenery of this B&B is great. There is a water dispenser outside the door. It is very comfortable to stay here. If you want to go out to eat, you can go to Ina Valley and Chun Dadi Hotpot City. These two restaurants can pick us up from the B&B to eat at the restaurant for free. It is really great Very convenient! After checking out, we want to go down the mountain and take the bus. The B&B will also have a car to take us to the bus station, which is very cute~
Will come again next time! The scenery is really beautiful when the weather is good. The only drawback is that the Western breakfast is not very fresh except for Chicken McNuggets and French fries (these two are super delicious!), but most breakfasts are vegetarian.

CCYY1111I booked Lake View Quad 1 Room 2 Nights. Inside the room two large double beds were placed side by side on one side of the room, leaving a small passage to place your luggages and to move within the room. The two beds were sufficient for 4 pax. But the beds were so close, there was no walking space between them. One can only get out of the bed via the foot of the bed. This is not ideal for senior people who may need to go to the toilet in the middle of the night. So if you are travelling with seniors, take the twin / double room instead. The savings is not worth it. Plus the room has really limited space for 4 adults to be moving around.
The plus point for this hotel is that it has an amazing view of the lake and there are many shops along the street. Do note that the walls are thin, you can hear your neighbours next door, especially if they sat at the balcony. There was no shower curtain so the whole toilet was wet after our shower. We didn't use the tub as it was not easy for the seniors to sit inside. No amenities except Shampoo and Body Soap.
