Great experience, ok breakfast, great location, friendly staff.

The steep hill leading up to My Naoshima Lodge felt quite unwelcoming at first, but to my pleasant surprise, beautiful cats came out to greet us! Being an avid cat lover, that really was a great perk for me. Anyway, the hotel, being relatively new, had very clean facilities and I really had nothing to complain about except for the relatively earlier checkout time (10AM! Seriously?😭) compared to other accomodations and inaccessibility to eating spots. Definitely recommend stopping by at the only 7Eleven in Naoshima on your way uphill.

The view was amazing. It was raining, but the view of the drizzling rain and the quiet sea was still impressive and I was very satisfied. I rated the facilities low because I could hear the people next to me talking and sneezing. Next time I want to come in the summer!

The cats at the lodge were very friendly, and the trees and birds singing were a refreshing experience. It's close to Naoshima Port, so you can walk to the Benesse Museum and other places, whether you rent a bicycle or not. There were some things left in the refrigerator in the room by the previous guest, but they were happy to help us out when we forgot something! Thank you! There was a sauna in the evening, so it was great to relax!

Very satisfied, the room is clean and spacious, with a small balcony where you can watch the sunset. There are not many options on Naoshima, and I highly recommend this one. It's about 10 minutes away from the pier, and there are signs along the way, but it's a bit hard to push the luggage uphill. There is only one 7-star hotel on the entire island, and it's about 13 minutes from the hotel. Basically, dinner is solved at convenience stores. I personally recommend taking the island bus for sightseeing, which costs 100 yen per time. Bicycles are very difficult to ride, and there are many uphill roads. If you are not very physically fit, it is not recommended to ride a bicycle.

It was so beautiful and stylish, it was too good! The view was also so beautiful that I was like, is this price really okay?! Genius!

A wonderful guest house with a good location. Close to the main attraction - the Tadao Ando museums. Nice interiors, friendly service, excellent views from the windows of both the rooms and the dining room. Possibility to rent an electric bike. The only downside is the lack of an elevator.

The quilt in the room was dirty. The air conditioner didn't heat up. The dinner was half-cooked Spanish rice. I couldn't take away breakfast. It was actually an upgraded youth hostel. You could hear people walking and talking upstairs and downstairs, but they charged more than 2,000 yuan as a hot spring hotel. Not recommended.

Every hotel in Japan is very clean. This room is quite spacious, the toilet is separated into wet and dry areas, and the balcony has a great sea view. However, it is a bit difficult to go up and down the stairs, which is troublesome for people with bad knees.

The hotel is on the mountain with a sea view. I stayed in a traditional Japanese room. There is a hotel behind it, but it seems that I can't book it on Ctrip. Breakfast and dinner are both Western food, which lacks a bit of flavor.

Pajamas were charged, and both men and women were one-piece, which made it hard to sleep. I would have preferred a more normal two-piece. The room was clean and the view was nice.

The climb from the port with our luggage was tough, but when we arrived, the view of the Seto Inland Sea from our room was amazing.

It was a great experience, although it took a while to find the way at night. This is a world of cats and people, and the breakfast is also good
