Noisy at nigh cuz a guy close to my door had few dogs barking and costumer service mediocre regarding when you ask questions at the front desk and answer are not friendly. There is no friendly costumer service at all in any area. You don't get for what you paid

The Collins Hotel was sold to Northwestern Memorial Hospital in May of 2023. Gone! A Chicago medical group that's part of Northwestern University’s medical school has bought a 3.5-acre parcel in Naples that once housed the Collins Hotel. The group, Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, paid $24.5 million for the property. Christopher King, chief media relations executive for Northwestern Medicine, says in an email that “we are exploring a future outpatient facility with a variety of clinical offerings" on the site. “We are doing so because it aligns with our long-term growth strategy, our patient first mission and our desire to bring world-class care closer to where our patients live,” he writes in the email to the Business Observer.

The name change from Ramada to Collins Hotel had nothing to do with the excellent stay we had here. We had a courtyard view room near the office and pool. The room was a good size tho the bathroom was a little tight. It still served our needs. Coffee was always available in the office and a grab and go breakfast was provided. The pool area was beautiful. It's within a 20 minute walk of Lowdwermilk Park Beach, Publix, Coastland Center, Naples Preserve, and several restaurants. All the staff we encountered during our week long stay were very friendly and nice. We would have no qualms about staying here again.

Great hotel for a quick family getaway. Location is perfect, rooms are basic but clean and well kept. There’s coffee and muffins in the lobby for guests in the mornings, there’s a nice pool and gym. I’d stay here again, and would recommend to others!

The photos on the website are extremely misleading. This is an overpriced 2* motel at best. The lobby is very tired looking. Room was dingy with a very damp odor and felt unclean. I don’t recommend it.

The reviews were great so I booked a stay. It's a dated Motel with clean rooms & very small bathrooms. TV picture was horrible, monochrome, remote broken. We headed out early and the cleaning girl/lady was waiting for us to leave. We came back 6 hours later, cleaning cart still outside our room, no cleaning person in sight. Room was clean, clothes had been re-folded, and my travel backpack had been pilfered, money stolen. So, the clothes were refolded because they were searched for $$ or anything valuable. What a horrible feeling to know someone had gone through all your belongings. I approached the Front Desk, advised the asst. manager of what happened. He handed me the phone number for Naples PD to file a complaint. The Manager has never called or contacted me. I filed a complaint with NPD and was told their are much better hotels and to stay away from The Collins. Wish I knew that before I booked!!

Received an email from *********** that stated our reservation had been canceled. My husband said he hadn't canceled the room. I called and asked to speak with a manager. I was informed they didn't have any managers today. I asked why our reservation had been canceled and the girl said it was for renovations and that I should b getting an email. Usually, renovations are planned in advance and they should have known this when we reserved the room. I get an email that says they had to cancel because they over booked. So.....is it renovations or over booking? Either way, I would not recommend this place.

Terrible hotel, we stayed here 6 years ago and cannot believe how it has deteriorated. We will never return. Maid service only every third day!! Rooms need refurb Pool area is ok but there is nothing open to get even a drink during the day. Coffee in the room is dire Breakfast was a cereal bar, piece of fruit and terrible coffee machine Lots of what appeared to be workmen around smoking *****!! We will never return here!!!

Our room was a good size with fridge and microwave. Basic but clean. Bars and cafes nearby and to the right is a shopping area. Plenty of car parking space. Our only complaint was that the idea and AC unit were noisy so we had to switch them off at night to sleep.

First the front desk staff is AMAZING. I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman that helped us from the minute we booked at home and had some issues to when we arrived and he happened to be there checking us in and continued to help us. The hotel is nice and small and so close to everything. We loved the location and ease of getting around. so close to the beach and downtown. Thank you thank you for saving our last minute trip!!!

Indeed a Motel, instead of a hotel. Room was clean, small bathroom with barely enough room for one adult. Dated structure, not bad for a 1-2 night stay if priced better. Found total price of 144 for one night a bit steep as other hotels in area, with better facilities charge a comparable price and or less.

We have a issue at midnight and they quickly resolved. The staff was great, the rooms was a little old but too comfy. (The mattress was the best) Advice: When you get check in make sure that your room don’t get a Into connect door with another stranger room. Also the rooms with view at the pool are the best

It's safe. However it is tired. There are signs that the building is near the end of it's life. The staff are not too welcoming. Have the feeling it is just a cash cow for someone. The pool is the best part. Our room is small poorly furnished and has old outdated furniture. The bed is OK.. No laundry facilities which is a missed opportunity

Good: heated, big pool, garden, location - close to dining, beach, zoo, shopping, hiking, service, clean towels and linens, price Medium: breakfast, rooms on the smaller side Bad: moldy smell in room, room not really clean, hard beds, sounds from outside
