We had a great two night stay at Terrazza Partenopea. We took a taxi from the ferry dock and our host had told us where to ask the taxi to drop us off, as you have to have a permit to drive in this area. He even sent us a little video to show us where to walk to his place. The taxi must have dropped us a bit further up the road as it took us a bit of walking to find the right road. Our host was waiting on the street to take us up. The hotel is located on the 4th floor. The room and bathroom were a nice size. We had a little deck off our room and it was great to people watch in this vibrant neighborhood. Our host was very helpful with giving us directions and some suggestions as to where to eat. He was on WhatsApp so was really easy to reach. We didn't do the breakfast as there lots of places to grab something to eat as we started our day. It is only a few minute walk to the metro. Our host also arranged a ride for us to the airport, so we were able to be picked up right by the hotel, which was a bonus!

A very friendly and helpful host. The B&B is in a side street of the main shopping street, Toledo, inside the old quarter of Napoli, near the Toledo metro station and not far from the famous Galleria Umberto I. Plenty of places to eat and drink in the surroundings. The rooms are on the upper floors, but there is an elevator (operated with 20 cent coins), but Enzo, the owner, will give you the coins. Breakfast with various coffee and tea options, giant cornettos with different fillings and a selection of pastries. We had a bath in the middle of out room... funny but operating. We recommend.

Naples was the 1st stop for our trip to Italy. And it turned out to be my favourite. Enzo is an amazing host!! He was in constant touch with us. The room was quite spacious and sparkling clean with comfortable bed. Breakfast spread was amazing! The building has an elevator. The location of the hotel is a major plus point! It is just 1-2min walk from the nearest metro station (Toledo). And Toledo is just 3 stops away from Napoli Centrale Railway station. Our overall experience was great!! And we highly recommend Enzo's place to who ever travelling to Naples!!

Che dire?!?! Nell'arco di due mesi e mezza abbiamo soggiornato due volte: pulizia, disponibiltà di Enzo e della sua mamma, colazione, funzionalità delle stanze, tutto al top. È sicuramente il nostro punto di forza quando veniamo a Napoli. Un grazie speciale ad Enzo, alla sua disponibilità e pazienza infinita e alla sua simpatia. Grazie di cuore veramente. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Struttura a ridosso della via Toledo, strada principale di Napoli che la collega direttamente alla Spaccanapoli. La gestione sempre disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta, con particolare attenzione a fare recapitare le monete da 20 centesimi per il funzionamento dell'ascensore. Abbiamo passato quattro giorni in tranquillità senza alcun disturbo e con la possibilità di utilizzo della terrazza con vista al colle della Certosa e Museo S. Martino. Bellissimo da qui di notte con tutte le luci e i suoni di Napoli... Molto bello tutto, lo consigliamo

Scrivo questa recensione su un aereo dopo aver soggiornato per 2 giorni nella splendida Napoli per la prima volta. Mi ritengo più che soddisfatta! Il B&B si trova in una palazzina a 1 minuto da via Toledo, non è facilissima da trovare ma una volta che mi sono orientata non ho più avuto problemi. Camera molto carina e ben pulita, di fronte ad una bellissima terrazza con vista sulla collina di San Martino. La colazione non è sempre inclusa quindi accertatevi di averla prenotata! Ha prodotti confezionati ma devo dire che la qualità è molto buona! Ringrazio Vincenzo per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità a dare consigli su mezzi, posti da vedere e tutto ciò di cui una persona può avere bisogno per visitare una nuova città! La prossima volta che tornerò a Napoli ci rivedremo! Camilla

Host gentilissimo e molto simpatico. Stanza pulita, colazione abbondante e posizione perfetta per visitare Napoli Via Toledo perfetta per passeggiare e fare shopping Vicina alla stazione metro per raggiungere la stazione Stanza un po’ rumorosa.

Posizione super! A 2 minuti dalla metro Toledo si raggiunge facilmente a piedi il centro storico e il lungomare. Camera spaziosa con terrazzino dotato di poltroncine e tavolino. Colazione molto buona con prodotti da forno freschi ogni mattina. Proprietario molto disponibile e gentile. Consigliato!
