The Boutique Napoli Suite

Need to be careful about the check-in time. it is a very good location.

The room location could not have been better, bed was super comfy and the place not too hard to locate. We were minutes from some great restaurants, my favourite being pizzeria Laezza. Unfortunately the air con smelled bad so had to be kept off, not ideal in 30 degree weather.

Location is excellent, with lots of good restaurants and shopping nearby. Very close to the pier, nice for day trip excursion to islands.

The best thing of the hotel is the location, just next to Toledo station. The room hasn’t been taken care properly. If there is someone next to your room you can probably hear most things, you can hear every time they use the blinds. We got a room with skull cranes decoration and catacombs. Would be nice if they put a high chair on the window to enjoy the street view with a coffee. Overall is an ok stay

This suite (or rather a room) is centrally located on Via Toledo. It is safe as there are multiple guards in the building. It’s a mix of local residents and Airbnb-type of accommodation. The place is quite funky as it features a huge bath tub in the living room, with the view over Via Toledo! (We never used it.) There’s a reception person during the day but you can arrange the key outside regular hours. It’s easy to communicate with the suite and they are helpful in giving tips re: parking or restaurants. A very good option if you need a place to stay in Napoli.

The property was perfect if you want to be based in the centre of Naples. Everything would have been perfect but there's a stench in the room, and there doesn't appear to have an extraction fan in the bathroom which affects the whole room with the smell. Apart from this the rest is as described.

The noise from the street meant that there was very little sleep. The double glazing is not adequate. About 12am bin men would come and collect bottles, 3am all the drunk people singing and shouting, 6am the street cleaners and their machines. Also the walls are poorly insulated, and I could hear every conversation of the room next to me.
