地下鉄の駅から近く、ナポリの中心地にある宿。
ドミトリーの部屋も毎日清掃されており、清潔感がある。
レセプションに常にスタッフがいるので助かる。
宿の電話を借りたが、スタッフによって貸してくれる人と貸してくれない人がいる。電話の貸し出し可能かどうかスタッフ内で共有がなされておらず、客が混乱する事態になっていた。
ある男のスタッフは、客が利用している電話を取り上げて無理やり切ってしまった。病院に行かないとまずい状況だったので、お願いをして貸してもらうことができた。タクシーも呼んでくれたので、助かった。

A man who looked like a South Asian checked in in the evening and did not accept the 4.5 Euro tax card and made excuses. The morning check-out time was 10 AM, but he did not like staying around the lobby after check-out. Please take note if you are using this service.

Two gentle mens are very supportive and knowledgeble. One lady with an eye glasses was very mean and when I asked where the laundry is, she said Google it. It didn't help.
