The location is good, only 5 min walk from Nara JR station. Within walking distance to 若草山, that's great. The apartment was clean and tidy. Washing detergent was provided. But use of stove is not allowed. When one books this kind of apartment type accommodation, provision of a stove is normally expected. Description of the accommodation did not spell it out explicitly.

This hotel is very nice; the room is exactly as pictured in the official photos. The location is great, about 300 meters from the JR station, with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The popular old man's ramen shop, Menya Takashi, is just a few minutes' walk away. The room is spacious, a small one-bedroom apartment, and the facilities are new. The hairdryer is quite good; I later saw one for almost 2000 yen in a mall, so it's quite high-quality. The only downside is the air conditioner is a bit noisy; I'm not sure if it's because of the wooden partition around the vent causing the air to blow upwards and make noise. Overall, it's a good experience. At 1500 yuan per night during the National Day holiday, it's a good value for money for three people.
