The receptionist was rude, unwelcoming and unprofessional. Thinks it’s entertaining to treat customers who have had long days and journeys with contempt. The room smells, and the single bed looked strigt into the bathroom where the toilet was. Our TV didn’t work so the chef came in to fix it, accused me on setting it up wrong, huffed and puffed for about mins and then left! In the morning the same receptionist spoke to Us like we were intruders. When she served me a cup of caffee, she put her hands around the rim of the cup (total hygiene fail)! I refused it, but she didn’t understand why! When I asked for a refund she wrote a rather unpleasant return. It’s not the kind of welcome Narbonne tourism needs !

We booked a last minute stay here after the Airbnb was well below standard so we left the airbnb apartment without staying in it at all. The receptionist was very welcoming and made sure that we had everything we needed. The room was comfortable, very clean, with a very comfy bed. The room was cleaned and serviced everyday. No kettle in the room though or tea/coffee making facilities. The only downside was when we tried to get a hot drink down stairs the young receptionist was very unfriendly with no good customer service skills whatsoever. Not even a smile and was quite curt. Apart from this young lady, the stay was made very pleasant by the first receptionist, and the comfortable room.

Une chambre spacieuse, un accueil agréable, un bon rapport qualité prix. Parking surveillé. Literie confortable. Bon petit-déjeuner. Bien placé. Une chaîne que je garde dans mes références. Baignoire - Peut-être autres chambres avec douche ?

Un hôtel tres agréable!!!!! personnels tres tres bien a l’écoute des besoins de sa clientèles(handicape de mon fils ) !!!!!!propretés irréprochables literies tres confortables et en ce qui concerne les prioritaires tres agréables et d’un professionnalisme et des personnes qui aiment leurs métier comme nous n’en trouvons plus beaucoup de nos jours !!!!!!!je reviendrais sans hésiter en famille je recommande sans hésiter Mme cativiela .

Deuxième passage dans cet hôtel et comment dire que nous avions retenu plus de positif de notre premier passage que du deuxième… Accueil assez froid, chambre pas très propre (c’est un 2* mais ça n’enlève en rien la propreté d’un hôtel hein) et qui vieilli assez mal. Les couloirs donnent une bonne impression mais pas les chambres. L’insonorisation n’a pas changé, on entend tout ce qu’il se passe à côté et au dessus … Bon pour le prix on ne s’attend pas à du grandiose mais quand même …

Di passaggio verso la Spagna a fine agosto quando sulle strade si registravano 45 gradi. Una struttura accogliente con parcheggio riservato. Camera accogliente ma a motivo della differenza di temperatura esterno/interno umido fino sotto le lenzuola. Ottima colazione e personale molto gentile.

On n’aurait pas pensé prendre le temps d’écrire sur un hôtel étape…mais l’accueil, le professionnalisme fait de cet hôtel une toute autre catégorie dont certains « grands » hôtels devraient souvent s’inspirer! Accueil téléphonique , veilleur de nuit ou responsable de l’hôtel ont fait de cette étape un moment très chaleureux. Quant au petit déjeuner, notre pêcher mignon je l’avoue était au delà de nos espérances ( même du saumon fumé !!!). Chambres très propres et très spacieuses pour 4, nous avons appelé de l’autoroute à 21h pour une arrivée à 22h passé. Seulement deux hôtels offrent ce service en continu et de nuit sur Narbonne et nous avons eu la chance de tomber sur le meilleur c’est une certitude. Encore merci d’avoir contribué à notre étape lors du début de notre week-end en famille! Nous oublierons pas votre adresse lors de notre prochain passage 🙂 Sylvain, Romeo, Eden et Marine ☺️

Une personne désagréable nous a accueilli mon conjoint, ma fille de 23 mois et moi même. Nous lui avons demandé de nous mettre un lit parapluie comme ils le proposent soit disant qui est soit disant passant facturé et notre demande a été refusé. L'hôtel ne débordait pas de monde, elle aurait pu faire l'effort de nous le louer. Résultat, ma fille a dormi sur son matelas par terre UNE HONTE. (Voir photo) Le monsieur de la cuisine peu sympathique. Assez sec avec les clients. Seule la dame de l'accueil de samedi et dimanche a été souriante. Chambre correcte, salle de bain étroite mais fonctionnelle. Sans compter, les bruits de portes voisines. À revoir ça aussi. Petit déjeuner proposé à 11€ ne vaut pas plus. Nous ne reviendrons pas et ne vous le recommandons absolument PAS !
