Richmond Hotel Narita

Very easy to access train station and Super clean and well maintained, overall experience was super good and enjoyable. Breakfast was good even though choice is not that much but taste amazing!! Definitely will book again here if I come!

Even though I’m a smoker, I’d never book a smoking room. But there was only one room left and it was a smoking room, I booked it anyway. I was surprised to find that the room and the hallway did not have strong cigarette smell, especially with the window opened in the room, it was actually not stuffy and quite enjoyable to smoke in my own room (if you know how trouble it is to find a place to smoke in Japan).

It only takes 5 to 10 minutes to walk from Keisei Narita Station to the hotel, and there’s an elevator available, so you won’t need to drag your luggage up stairs. If your schedule fits, the hotel runs a free shuttle bus to Narita Airport, which saves lots of travel time. They also provide thoughtful extras like facial masks and hot water. This is my second stay here, and I will definitely book this hotel again on my next trip to Tokyo!

Richmond Hotel Narita was an excellent choice for our overnight stay before an early morning flight. A small tip for travellers with luggage: use the road route when walking to the hotel, as it's much easier. The pedestrian route involves taking an escalator down, followed by several flights of stairs, which can be inconvenient with heavy bags. Check-in was swift and professional, and the staff made the process smooth and efficient. Our room was clean and comfortable, with an incredibly comfortable bed, fluffy towels, and a spotless bathroom. Everything was well maintained, and we had a very restful night's sleep. One of the biggest advantages of staying here is the complimentary airport shuttle service. The first shuttle departs at 6:10 a.m., which was perfect for our 8:20 a.m. flight from Narita Airport Terminal 1. The transfer was seamless and took away the stress of arranging early morning transportation. Overall, I highly recommend Richmond Hotel Narita, especially for families of three or anyone catching an early flight. Comfortable rooms, excellent service, and the convenient airport shuttle make it a great place to stay.

Fantastic stay! The hotel provides a morning shuttle service to the airport, which was very convenient. It’s also near the station, so getting to Aeon for some last minute shopping is easy. There’s even a traditional Japanese street within walking distance where you can enjoy local food and pick up souvenirs. Overall, a great choice for your final day in Tokyo.
