Convenient for travelers who wish to stay near Narita airport and travel by own transport. The hotel has convenience store in the building - FamilyMart. It also has onsen facility. The buffet breakfast has wide variety and tasty.

Don't trust the picture from hotel, and don't waste money for 1000 yen cheaper. Find other new hotel to daty. Staff are friendly and helpful but if you need you change to new renovation room they charge 5000yen extra.
Old wing (garden wing) room are old and dirty like never renovate after 40 yrs+ room and bathroom is big, bath tub old and crackle, I feel itchy when I stay there and only one night is enough, I have flight to Sapporo at first plan to stay here after I come back. Lucky the booking can Cancel with a full refund. So I have to send my big back by Yamato to my new other hotel.

The room we got was not the most new or cleaness. But they do have all the amenities we need.
There is a family mart store downstairs if you ever need a food or anythings.
Not the biggest room if you have 2x 90L luggages.
Still value for money in my opinion.

Bad experience with Trip.com for handling flight delayed as do not know how to reschedule the flight, just asked me to go to flight company directly & don't know how to re-scheduled with the hotel stay. Also, same answer, asked me to go to the company direct

Great location since it has a free bus service from airport to hotel (vice versa). I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days with their garden view room. The view from my room, the amenities such as outdoor hot spring with variety of tubs and the service is superb. The hot spring payment is for the entire day. So, you can try hot springs and steam bath for women in the evening and the hot springs and sauna of men in the morning ( it exchange in the morning). When you want peaceful and nature vibe this is a great place to stay and I definitely comeback here. I love the ambiance. The room I stayed was not as great as outside. Its big for a solo traveler since there are 3-bed and the interior design predict its time but the cleanliness bothered me since under the bed there's a used slippers. That mean, it wasn't clean thoroughly (not vacuumed) to see that thing under and cut carpets hidden under the bed. Overall, I still love the place.

A great place to transit between Narita airport and Tokyo town. Free shuttle bus from Hotel to airport, Narita station and Aeon Mall. Recommended to stay here.
