The main draw of this hotel is its proximity to the airport and the convenient shuttle service, all at a reasonable price. The front desk staff were warm, helpful, and attentive. Plus, there's a restaurant and a 24-hour convenience store right in the hotel, which is super handy.

This hotel offers great value for money. We stayed in the main building, which was recently renovated and very clean. They provide a free shuttle service from Narita JR Station to the hotel, and also a free shuttle to Narita Airport in the morning. The large onsen costs 700 JPY. There's a temple within walking distance. I'd definitely return.

My overall stay was absolutely perfect! The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I slept really soundly at night. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and check-in and check-out were very quick. Any requests were handled promptly. The location is convenient, making it easy to find places to eat and get around. It's fantastic value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommended!

This is my 7th or 8th time staying here, and it's the first time I've encountered something so ridiculous! I didn't use the chair when I checked in, but the next morning I found a pair of used black socks on it! It clearly hadn't been cleaned, which means they don't bother cleaning the chairs. When I checked out, I told the front desk staff (who was Southeast Asian) about it in Japanese and showed her a photo. She just coldly said "I'm sorry" and that was it... I'm really speechless. This is only my second time booking through Ctrip; I usually use Japanese booking sites and have never had an issue like this. I wonder if it has something to do with the booking platform. The odd thing is, I stayed here last month, and it was the same exact room!

Visibly very dirty, there was even a long hair. It felt like the sheets hadn't been changed at all. This is the dirtiest hotel I've ever seen in Japan. Although the front desk staff were nice and changed our room, the new room was still very dirty. I highly don't recommend it, it was truly disgusting.
