This is a very professional hotel with excellent standardized service. I would definitely choose it again if I'm ever in Narita. The hotel shuttle to the airport is very convenient, and the soundproofing is great.

Making the decision to stay here was absolutely spot on! We returned our rental car and this hotel was right across the street. It has several restaurants and even a Lawson convenience store. After a good night's sleep, there's a free shuttle service to the airport. Our luggage was even handled for us and the staff gave us a warm send-off. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time! 👍

I had a layover at Narita Airport and booked the Nikko Hotel for one night. All hotels near Narita Airport offer airport shuttle services, making transfers incredibly convenient. To find the pick-up spot, just follow the 'For Hotel' signs. There's a detailed timetable for each hotel's shuttle at the waiting area. When it's time, a driver or staff member will let you know. The hotel facilities are a little old, but there's a restaurant and convenience store downstairs. In the lobby, there's also a shuttle schedule for the airport, as well as for the train station and commercial areas. Overall, it's excellent value for money. I'll likely choose this hotel again for my next layover.

Close to the airport, convenient for catching my flight back home the next morning. The airport express from the city center was easy to find, and the shuttle bus was clearly marked.

The shuttle service was very punctual. Although the hotel is a bit older, it was clean and the service was good. I'd definitely choose this place again next time. The shuttle runs every half hour and is easy to find – just look for the white and green bus.

I like all the things about this hotel but only the location is far from airport it takes around 40 minutes from Narita Airport T2 station to hotel. But over all is very nice,the staff is so friendly and helpful.

It's quite close to the airport, and there's a free airport shuttle. You can also go to Aeon, but the afternoon we went, there was a celebration on the road, which caused a long traffic jam. There were also a lot of people, and the driver was quite impatient and rushed. By the time we got to Aeon, it was already very late, so we couldn't really shop. The room itself was quite small, but quiet.

Always a pleasure to stay here, whether it's for a layover or the first night of a trip.

The room wasn't huge, but it was perfectly adequate, fitting four 28-inch suitcases. The service, as expected from JAL, was absolutely outstanding – their quality is consistently reliable. Even though it's an older hotel, the facilities and cleanliness are very well-maintained. The room was incredibly quiet, and the window offered a view of a large forest. It's definitely my top choice for a layover at Narita next time.

The hotel shuttle is located at parking space #16 in the south wing of T1, on the inner loop. I've included the shuttle schedule for everyone. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the nearby Aeon mall. It's a large, older hotel, but well-maintained. It's less than a 15-minute drive from the airport, and all the services are excellent and very welcoming. We were able to store our four suitcases for two days for free, which was fantastic! There's a Sukiya just a 4-5 minute walk downstairs from the hotel, where you can eat very cheaply. I think it's open 24 hours. It's very quiet at night, and while the room isn't huge, it's quite comfortable.

The shuttle bus to and from the airport is very convenient. There are also buses to Narita Station and Aeon Mall. The breakfast is quite rich, too. Highly recommended!

I've stayed here a few times now. It's convenient, offers great value for money, and the service is good. There are about three airport shuttles an hour. The only downside is the bathroom condition; I'm not sure if someone dyed their hair in the bathtub.

The hotel is very close to Narita Airport and offers a shuttle service. The staff were warm and polite. Since we only stayed overnight and headed to Tokyo the next day, we didn't get to experience much of the hotel's amenities. However, the 24-hour convenience store downstairs was very handy.
