Narita U-City Hotel

Excellent hotel with incredibly friendly staff. I forgot my charger, and they provided one for free. The location is superb, making it easy to get to attractions and restaurants. The hotel price was also great. Plus, they offer a complimentary airport shuttle service, which makes it even better value for money! I highly recommend staying here when you visit Narita.

The hotel is just a two-minute walk from Narita train station. The room offers great views of Naritasan, and all the facilities are excellent. They even provide a free shuttle service to the airport.

Old but clean, very quiet, and the service was excellent.

The hotel is located near JR Narita Station, about a 5-minute walk away. It can be a bit inconvenient if you're dragging luggage. The hotel service is excellent, and there are restaurants and temples to explore nearby. My only concern is that I'm not sure if the duvet covers are changed between guests, as there was just a fresh sheet underneath the duvet cover. I guess you'd have to sleep perfectly still to avoid touching the duvet cover itself.

This is a great hotel! While you can tell it's a bit older, the building and facilities are incredibly well-maintained, clean, and tidy. The interior has a charming, traditional Japanese style. It's a small place but has everything you need. The front desk staff, both younger and older, were incredibly polite, friendly, and professional. They were very thoughtful about storing and moving my luggage. The room was meticulously cleaned, and it was quiet and comfortable to stay in at night. The location is also excellent; it's a five-minute walk to JR Narita Station, with plenty of dining options nearby. Narita Omotesando and Shinsho-ji Temple are just a ten-minute walk away. I highly recommend staying here if you're passing through Narita on your way to Tokyo.
