I’ve been to trave, it so really convenient from airport go to check in hotel by free shuttle bus , staffs so nice and kind , the room so clean especially the bathroom, the provide free hygiene pajamas, too cute. Thank you for the first service impression before travel in Japan

The hotel is so convenient. There's a free shuttle from Terminal 1 and 2 and its available every 15 minutes or so with a 20 minutes journey.
The check-in was so easy. The receptionist even helped check me in. I love their friendliness!
And the room is huge! Its impossible to get that size in Japan so enjoy it while you can.
In terms of breakfast, it's basic but really yummy.
Theres rice and bread option. Definitely a worthwhile hotel!

The hotel is very convenient for Narita Airport (any terminal), with frequent free shuttles (10–15 minutes depending on terminal). The schedule is clearly listed on their website, so worth checking in advance but no reservation required as it’s first come first serve.
The room was incredibly huge. I’ve stayed in Japan many times and never had one this big! Even though I booked for one person, I got a twin room with two double beds, sofa, TV, and lots of space. There’s also a Lawson on the ground floor, great for last-minute snacks or using up coins a they even have a coin-counting machine so don’t feel embarrassed if you have hundreds of small coins!
Check-in was quick for me since I got off the shuttle first, though others waited a bit longer. I skipped breakfast as it was crowded and didn’t want to miss the bus - a good decision since it left a few minutes early. The bed was large with firm pillows, which I prefer. Overall, a great and comfortable stay before my early flight.

Great location. Airport pick up and drop off is in a great service. Room is very big compared to the price you pay. Lawsons is right at the lobby.
Definitely will stay here again if I have early flight at Narita international airport or late night flight off!

The shuttle bus service is the biggest plus for this hotel. It was super convenient to get to the hotel and back to the Narita Airport. The check-in process was efficient. The staff were very polite and helpful. This is a basic hotel thus the services we're quite limited. They are trying to be ecologically responsible with notices for appearance for breakfast to avoid food waste. I think I personally have to wrap my mind around the communal access to toiletries and sleep robe... while commendable, it wasn't as instinctive to grab what you need. This created a couple of trips to the lobby just to grab needed items. The sink faucet-shower lever combo also took a double take to configure... it made for a splash bathroom use!
