Lovely stay at the lodge, thanks to the sweet hosts. It can be reached by a short walk from bus stop. The town has a 7-eleven for supplies and onsen with two restaurants. We did a long hike from the lodge to the traditional Japanese village, powered by the very large breakfast. Although the walls are very thin, everyone was mindful of the other guests - we slept well.

Our stay at Lodge Stack Point was lovely. The hosts, Mama-San and Papa-San, were so friendly and provided us with great recommendations. The room was perfectly comfortable and the location was tranquil.

Very excellent place. The host and hostess are very kind and sweet, and very knowledgeable about the area. They pointed us to some great places to eat and sightsee, and (if it wasn't raining) places to see Mt. Fuji. Also, a really cool park with lots and lots of cherry blossoms and huge bushes full of azalea flowers. They're within easy walking distance of the town, in a very quiet but beautiful neighborhood. Also not far from some really great caves. We wish we could have stayed longer, but we will be back next time we come to Japan.

Breakfast was good and hearty. Great way to start the day! The location is good if you are driving. There is a playground nearby with a gorgeous view of Mount Fuji. Mamasan and Papasan are the sweetest and friendliest host! They made our stay extra special.

Exactly what we needed. This place was amazing. The hosts were so friendly and helpful it really made the trip perfect. We had a traditional Japanese room and I slept so good on the bedding that my back felt great each morning. The area is beautiful and the host are knowledgeable about the sites visitors come to see. We’ll be coming back.

Warm stay wonderful stay. Mamasan and Papasan were very friendly and accomodating. They were also super helpful for our climb of Mt Fuji.
