Nice and modern hotel. Beds are amazing. Near to everything

After a friend's birthday weekend in Nashville, I had an extra day before flying out and found a reasonable rate on a room at a Tapistry, which Hilton brand I have enjoyed. I also saw a segment on a local TV station about the location as well. The ONLY issue I found was the layout of the room. No bar to hang hangars from the drawer, the floor length mirror was in a corner, and the brand new Keurig was blocking the TV when laying in bed (and the cord was too short too move elsewhere) - among other just-not-right items. If that could be figured out I'd come back and give the hotel 6 stars! It was clean, quiet and I had a great view of the city - thank you.

I would like to thank all staff for our amazing stay. I travel a lot, me and my friend travel a lot together, we’ve travelled America together and even been to Nashville before. We thought we’d try this hotel, I’m so happy this is where we chose to stay, I loved everything!! The hotel was pristine, staff were incredible, helpful & friendly, lounge & bar areas were lovely, gym was nice and our room was 10/10. We arrived late after travelling from Chicago and yet the staff were ready & waiting for us with smiles on their faces, we were on the 10th floor and when we got to our room, we loved our little view & welcome message on the screen - the little touches really do go a long way. Our beds were comfortable, rooms were spotless and shower was lovely! The hotel was a couple minutes walk from Broadway and felt very central to most things we wanted to do. Hoping to come back and enjoy the hotel again one day. Thank you for a beautiful stay.

Best Hilton experience by far! Will search the Tapestry edition going forward! This is a newly built or renovated hotel. Close to walking everywhere! Broad street was so easy to get to. The hotel is modern and clean! The staff were amazing! I checked-in and did everything through the app, but the staff I did interact with, were genuinely happy and helpful! This is really tough to find nowadays. Bravo! The rooms are spacious and have great views! The shower is unique with a rain head and sprayer, definitely a step up compared to other Hiltons. Ride shares are easy to get from the hotel and airport is like 10 minutes away. Will definitely stay here again!

A trip to Nashville to celebrate my 65th birthday - and we had a blast! Part of what made our trip so exceptional was the service we received from the staff at The Printing House hotel. In particular, Mr. Kevin Clark, one of the managers, made sure to greet us by name whenever we saw him. Such a nice fellow, and he had some fine suggestions as to local haunts as well. Sleep quality was very good in room #1015, although about 2:30 am on Sunday morning, we did hear some “boisterous” guests returning to their rooms. We just laughed and went back to sleep. In-house breakfast restaurant was good. Bar/lounge area was lovely and bright. Although we didn’t linger on the outside terrace (on the 5th floor), it was very pretty. Location was perfect with quick access to Broadway, but far enough away to be quiet at night. Highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m fortunate that I travel frequently for work, and The Printing House Hotel is easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at for business. The hotel is beautifully designed and aesthetically pleasing, but what truly sets it apart is the staff. Jacobi was attentive, responsive, kind, and incredibly welcoming. He anticipated my needs as a guest and truly made my first time in Nashville go above and beyond. The bar and restaurant on site are also excellent. Hailee was a fantastic bartender. She makes great cocktails, works incredibly hard, and does it all with a smile. Overall, I had an amazing stay. The rooms were spotless, stylish, and very comfortable, and the boutique design throughout the hotel gives it a great Nashville vibe. The location is perfect. It’s an easy walk to everything, yet still surprisingly quiet at night. I can’t wait to stay here again.
