Best Western Brentwood

Great place to stay, only downside is that there’s no elevator

My partner & I just finished a relaxing 3 day, 2 night staycation in one of the king suites. Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Best Western Brentwood! The complimentary hot breakfast & coffee was really good both mornings. Free WiFi was appreciated; however, since we had a smartTV, thought streaming/screen mirroring would be available but never could get connection. Minor, worldly problem but we still got to watch some good football & older movies. The only true “issue” we noticed was that our SINK water was very very cloudy - didn't matter if it was hot or cold. Same results either way. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay being “local tourists”

The hotel was absolutely amazing, my only complaint was there is No elevator. With my health issues it was very difficult, ice and vending is only on ground floor. And not a enough parking spaces. Otherwise a great hotel.

“Contemporary” shower design means a half glass door and other half open so floor gets soaked. Lighting in the rooms was really bad- industrial - could not get close enough to a mirror with good lighting to do makeup! Could hear every footstep of people above us. Otherwise a nice place, bkfst bar was decent but they should offer more fresh fruit options. Service was excellent.

We rented a suite and the oven was filthy as was the filter in the furnace. The shower head was leaky and sprayed all over the bathroom until we wrapped it in a wash cloth around the connection pipe to keep it from spraying everywhere. Rooms are a bit worn, but as a whole were clean. Staff was extremely friendly and pleasant.

I was checked into a room, given a key with the room number printed on the sleeve, and that key opened the corresponding room number. Then the manager woke me up at 7am demanding to see my ID!!!!! He accused me of breaking into the room and squatting.Upon realizing his mistake, he DID NOT APOLOGIZE, he acted like he was doing me a favor to let me go back to sleep!!!!! That is only the MOST disturbing thing that happened in my 15 hours here! NO water pressure,Unbearable chemical/Smoke smell in a non-smoking room NOT HANDICAP FRIENDLY!!! NO ELEVATORS. RAMPS not SMOOTH I don't usually consider myself handicapped but I have a back injury that prevents me from lifting more than 15lbs. I have rolling luggage and travel often for business. There are NO Elevators. You have to carry your luggage up the stairs to the 2nd fl. I asked to be moved to a 1st floor. The property is on a hill with stairs to reach separate buildings from the outside. It is UNDER CONSTRUCTION.There are more construction vehicles than guest vehicles in front of the entrances making it difficult to park near your room. It looks like they attempted to make a ramp. It is uneven and has no railings Making it dangerous for people who need the ramp in the first place. Entering a 1st FL room requires lifting your luggage over at least 3 step ups or step downs. The hallway floors are sunk about 6inches below the building and room entrances making it impossible to roll luggage from the ramp to the inside of your room.

Amazing hotel with an equally excellent exterior and interior. Polite and friendly staff made our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast was quite tasty and plentiful. Definitely will recommend to others.

The layout of the suite was great. But definitely lacking in furniture in the large living room. Small couch and one small sitting chair...room for much more. Bathroom also has room for corner storage which would help. Couch and one chair in living room extremely hard. There is also a door stop in middle of walkway to kitchen which is very dangerous so we put a barstool over it so we would not trip over it. Nothing in cabinets (like dishes of any kind) which was odd as why have cabinets then?? Didn't bother us as brought our own cups. All in all, it was decent for the price.

Very up to date rooms, comfy beds (heavenly), super clean- (you could smell the clean throughout), great breakfast and wonderful service! Definitely recommend and will stay again!
