For the price this hotel was very poor value. The added fees on checkin were unexpected and really reduced the experience. Dated, shabby, I would not return. Free parking was nice though.

Location was good to downtown, they offer a shuttle. The noise level was crazy if you don't mind hearing everything and ppl making noise all night pass midnight then you will be fine but it was very noisy and dog barked all night pass midnight.

Overall, staying at the Millennium Maxwell House was acceptable. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is just dated. The staff was friendly but not overly helpful. The shower in my room did not drain and was not fixed while I was there - even though I told the front desk. Would I stay here again? Probably - it’s cheap and far enough away from the chaos of downtown but close enough to get back and forth easily. But I’d keep in mind - you get what you pay for.

The staff at the hotel were great. The hotel itself was a different story. The hotel was farther from the Broadway strip than we thought, but that was on us. The hotel did provide shuttle service to and from  the strip. The hotel needs to be up greater a bit. The doors to our room were damaged and the bathtub had a big patch in it. The bathroom had no exhaust fan so that should speak for itself. The walls are very thin and we could hear everything going on in the other rooms.  All in all the stay was not that bad, but it could have been a little bit better.

A very unique hotel I loved the price. I loved the restaurant downstairs in the pool. The only thing that I didn’t like was the quality of the rooms.

Dreadful and dated hotel. The room was one of the cities best museums, so dated and completely uncomfortable - with its antique furniture and service that simply didn’t exist at reception. Don’t use the bag storage as you’ll have to wait 25mins for someone to giggle in your face and you’ll find your bags behind a door that could easily have been collected by yourself with a twist of a door handle. The only useful and decent thing was the free shuttle into the city that no one tells you about and I almost kept this to myself. Dreadful stay and compensation needed.

The only negative was no pool. Staff and room were good. I’d recommend this Hotel to others wanting to stay close to the action but not too close. The shuttle service was very convenient.
