Place was decent, customer service … wasn’t great … not sure if it’s a Nassau thing..

The property was in a state of disrepair, with random furniture strewn across the yard. The staff members were aloof and rude. I would not recommend booking a stay here. Tiffany, the staff member I interacted with, had an unpleasant demeanor from the moment I checked in. Despite her claim of politeness, her behavior was anything but hospitable, and she should not be working in the hospitality industry. They granted me a late checkout, but then removed my belongings from the room. When I informed Tiffany that a staff member had told me noon was an acceptable checkout time, she accused me of lying and even went so far as to try to embarrass the employee who had given me that information. In a single word, my experience was DISGUSTING.

I received a message 3 weeks prior to our booking saying our reservation had been cancelled upon my request. I never requested to cancel and when I called to say I did indeed want my reservation and there must have been a mistake, I was yelled at and told it wasn’t their problem. Fortunately, but after a lot of stress and frustration, we were able to find alternate lodgings but at a much higher price point. ******* came through and paid the difference. Still - it was not worth the headache. Stay away!!

I enjoy my stay at Sunset Stay B&B. The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable especially the bed. I enjoy the kitchen amenities, the patio and television sets as well. The only thing I don't like is the 10am checkout which is too early for me.

Check-in was smoothe. I appreciate the simplicity of the room. It wasnt too big but very clean and comfortable. There were alot of utensils and added small appliances that made the place even more attractive. The restroom had hot water which was a plus especially after a long day of traveling from a cold climate. Staff was friendly and the paid shuttle service was awesome. The driver arrived about 20 mins before time, which i appreciated. He knocked on our door to let us know he was outside. An added bonus was he was pleasant, clean and well mannered. He ensured that we arrived on time and was keeping us entertained during the ride to the airport. I most definitely will stay again.

Lack of non subscription television, you or someone has to pay to watch any tv , local tv not available

Beautiful beach in front of the property. Very nice staff and the beds and everything in the rooms are brand new

The Sunset Stay is a decent hotel. Rooms are comfortable and clean, water is hot and the staff is very nice. Close to the airport but a bit far from downtown. Local bus service across the street $1.50 to anywhere one way. Thanks for the hospitality!

They communicated well very affordable inside was a breath taking experience the inside blew me away it was beyond my expectations

We didn’t have wifi for 2 days, so we couldn’t search for things to do or to find stuff. We asked for new towels but they didn’t give us, we went to the office to ask for new ones only they wouldn’t there, but on the bord they said that they are open. We would like to get some money back for this inconvenience.

This place is very clean, comfortable and in a great location. It is right opposite the beach and easy to get to from the airport. The only recommendation that I have is that they provide bottles of water in the room or a vending machine on property. I got to the property after local food stores were closed and really wanted a drink of water.

We got a the 2 bedroom suite and it got the job done. However, this is by no means nice and in my opinion, not worth the price. The front desk is responsive when you call and really nice, the hours of operation on the door mean nothing. It says 10am open but they’re usually there before 9am. There are rust stains everywhere, especially the racks in the bathroom, there were generally stains everywhere. The blankets had holes etc

False advertisement. The pictures are nothing like what the property was. The area seemed unsafe and there was nobody around. The rooms were pretty clean but limited AC and was hot inside. No cutlery, plates, cups etc. No elevator so had to lug all baggage up a flight of stairs.The beach is actually across the street not beachfront and also not maintained and no beach chairs. We actually checked in and then checked right out. Didn’t receive a refund but also didn’t care because we wanted to switch a a safer place. Would not recommend.
