Even if the ingredients are used up due to the buffet, they will not be refilled, and unless you tell them, they will not be added. By the way, it's not the content of the buffet that makes me want to eat more. The correspondence relationship at the front desk is good, but the correspondence relationship between the people at the dining place is not good.
The swimming pool is crowded, but it feels good.

Nice and quiet onsen hotel.with friendly and cheerful staff. Also, dinosaur theme is interesting when i saw the moving dinosaur with sound in the woods behind my car at parking lot.

恐竜があちこちに居て、コンセプトがハッキリしていて面白い旅館だと思いました。 食事の際はスタッフの気配りが行き届いていて、味も満足でしたが、心地よく料理を頂くことができました。

チェックインして部屋に入るとテレビの上には蜘蛛の巣が張り，念のために他を見てみると入口には蜘蛛が歩いていた。
夕方になり，フロント横の廊下に並んでいる浴衣を選んだが，帯がなく，フロントの人にきくと「ただいま帯をきらしてまして・・・。」と言う返答。帯がなくてどうやって浴衣を使えというのか！
エレベーター横の階段で部屋に向かおうとしたら，階段が所々汚れていてシミだらけだった。中には濡れているところもあった。
部屋の階の製氷機コーナーを使おうとしたら，コップが全部汚くて使えなかった。
今回１食（朝食）付きで予約をしていたが，近隣に良さそうな飲食店がないため，ホテルの夕食をお願いしようとしたら夕食だけで一人７１５０円と言われ，２食付きの予約だと差額は３０００円位なのに，後付けの夕食代があまりにも高すぎる。
那須高原の式場で家族の結婚式があるために利用したのだが，着付け等の都合で７時半までに式場に行かなければならいのに朝食が７時からで，食べられなかった。他のホテルと比べて朝食が遅い。

とても楽しいホテルです。今回（9/9・10）は息子家族と宿泊しました。 本来は、8月に家族全員（息子家族・12人）で訪れる予定でしたが、台風が接近中の為、キャンセルしました。が、9月に宿泊する事を伝えるとキャンセル料金を無しでと言う事になりました。大変助かりました。では本来の那須の旅のお話に移りますが、9日は、那須ハイランドパークで1日過ごしましたが、たくさんの遊具があり、子供たちも大人も大変満足でした。ホテルでの滞在は、和室でした。チョット、古めかしいつくりで、古めかしいにおいがしました。でも、そのマイナスを取り払うような、夕食（ビュッフェ）は品数も多く満足でした。私たちは、しゃぶしゃぶも付いていてみんな満足でした。（チョット食べ過ぎてしまいました．．．）又、夕飯前には子供たちはプールで一はしゃぎ、大満足の様でした。お風呂も満足でしたが、あいにく雨が降っていたので長いが出来ませんでした。朝食もビュッフェでしたが、まあ普通においしかったです。オッと大事なことを忘れていましたが、入り口から恐竜のお出迎え、ロビーにも恐竜・エレベーター前にも恐竜、部屋の前にも恐竜【ジュラシックホテル】の名前に恥じないホテルでした。大変楽しく過ごすことが出来ました。10日は、パターゴルフ、南が丘牧場でソーセージ作りとバター旁を体験し試食をし楽しめました。那須は今年3回行きましたが何度でも行きたいと思います。
