This property is marketed as a hotel, but in practice it operates more like a shared condominium complex. There are no dedicated areas for hotel guests, and both the beach and swimming pool have very limited beach chairs, which are quickly occupied, especially by members and condo residents. During our stay, access to basic amenities felt restricted and overcrowded, making it difficult to enjoy the beach or pool despite paying hotel-level rates. For a property positioned as a full-service hotel, the lack of guest-priority spaces is a major drawback. Additionally, the staff appeared undertrained and inconsistent, and service quality did not match the price paid. Overall, the experience felt mediocre and poor value for money, particularly given the high rates and expectations set by the listing. I would not recommend this property to travelers expecting a true hotel experience with adequate amenities and service.

It was such a lovely experience. The staffs are very accommodating and we felt valued. The whole place is lovely. We are even contemplating to extend but due to work commitments we are just planning our next stay.

We enjoyed everything about the place. The rooms are spacious and ambient, the facilities (Pool, Gym, Jogging Trail around the Lagoon, and, of course, the Beach) were top notch. Kudos to the team who manages and maintains them!

It’s a nice place for a short vacation. My son really loved the pool area. The beach was just a few minutes walk from the hotel. My favorite part was jogging around the lagoon in the morning. View was amazing and I could do a quick stop at the beach.
