The hotel’s location is perfect. The staff is accommodating, respectful and responsive. The view is magnificient. We definitely love to come back here.

The location is great but the family room is old and dirty. There was no fridge. Water pressure is low. Breakfast is plated and have no choices given.

We loved our stay here especially our kids. Rooms has been renovated and upgraded based on our last visits. Cool air, nice place to relax, there were so many things we can do in this resort and being here alone is already a very nice experience. Though we have to go out a lot of times to buy our food, but my kids still love the experience. We also get to visit places in Tagaytay since the location of the resort is just at the boundary of Tagaytay and Nasugbu. We will definitely go back here and would highly recommend this resort to families.

The hotel room was clean & spacious. The resort offered a lot of activities. Buffet breakfast served a wide variety of food. The staff were very courteous, friendly, and helpful.

They give their best to provide good quality service to their guests. The cabin family rooms are huge but room amenities are just okay. Heater just needs some fixing since it suddenly changes temperature. There’s a lot of activities to do and food are decent tasting for the price. Overall, i highly recommend the place

Good for group activities, not crowded

Dirty swimming pool in unorganized accommodation. The water pressure in the shower room was weak, so the water came out sloppy, and the hot water came out on and off. Anyway, I will never go to this resort again.

Went here on a school trip, nice place. Sadly wave pool was under construction when we went. Hotel ＞ cabin in every aspect. Many activities to do. Bring bug spray and NOT WHITE shoes. Bring black shoes especially if you will go foret trekking.

Overall, place is good for the price. I paid 3500 for a cabin through an online travel agent. They were not too strict with extra persons. Just a few things that caught my attention. 1. Pool tiles are old. Careful swimming you might cut yourself in the pool. 2. Activities end 5pm. Only the main pool can be used after 5pm. 3. The spa therapist/receptionist booked me for 7pm. It was 730pm and she was still doing service for another client. I just walked out after waiting for 45 minutes. Front office staff didnt even bother to check on the schedule when I asked. 4. Very odd that they dont have phones in the room. You need to call their cellphone if you need something in the room. Staff are pleasant dont get me wrong. They try hard to serve guests. I just sense that management does not care at all about the guests.

my family and i spent the new year's eve at forest crest. we love the climate, the room, food, service and the activities. the event was a blast! we enjoyed the band and the drag queens and the fireworks too! we will definitely consider going back to spend one of the holidays this 2025!
