First, the Hotel is not called Ponta Negra, but Happy. And HAPPY has nothing! The location of the Hotel is very good. Easy to get to the main tourist attractions in the region, shopping and Camarões restaurant next door. Very polite and hard-working employees, true warriors. Because..... The rest is all very bad. There is no problem with the Hotel being VERY old. This could even be charming if it weren't for the MOLD in the bathroom, the hyper noisy and barely functional air conditioning. I have never stayed in a hotel that has a room in the BASEMENT, but I felt like I was in a basement, dark and stuffy with MOLD. When we travel on vacation, obviously we don't expect to be stuck in the Hotel, but when we return to the place we are staying, we expect the comfort of a HOTEL and there is no desire to return. If there is one thing that has become a concept of quality in HOTELS, it is breakfast. Who doesn't want to have a hotel breakfast, right? So. This one is very weak, the space is cramped, old like the rest of the hotel, the variety is very poor and there are problems even with the packaging of cold cuts. I do not recommend staying at this Hotel. It may be low cost, but it's not free! And even then it wouldn't be worth it. I keep thinking about the employees who try hard and are very courteous. I hope they find another place to work!

É um estabelecimento muito bem localizado, com uma estrutura mais antiga e que necessita de conservação e reforma. Quarto limpo e amplo. Chuveiro maravilhoso. O ar condicionado não é apropriado para o tamanho do quarto, sendo assim, não refrigera muito. Pela manhã o quarto fica muito claro, uma vez que a cortina não é apropriada para impedir a claridade do sol. Café da manhã bom, porém simples. O estacionamento é disponível mediante uma taxa.

Café da manhã fraco, ar condicionado não funcionava e Qndo funcionou, não gelava. Instalações antigas

Um dos quartos de hotel mais limpos que já vi. Não encontrei nem um fio de cabelo (o que é uma raridade). Café ótimo com tapioca feita na hora. Recepcionista muito simpática e educada.

As instalações são antigas e mal cuidadas. O café da manhã é fraco não tem muitas opções e atendimento é ineficiente

Café da manhã de boa qualidade. Não oferecia estacionamento no pacote contratado. Pago por fora. Falta de clareza no oferecimento do pacote.
