FairBridge Inn Express Natchez

Opponent arrival, I used the lobby restroom, which had flies and bugs in it. The furniture in the lobby was filthy and worn out. I arrived an hour early and they said they still had not cleaned the room yet so I said I would gladly wait. Upon a visual inspection of the room after they cleaned it, it had been hastily done. Sheets were not changed and everything reeked of some industrial cleaning fluid. ******* did give me a $25 return of my money that I used on an alternate hotel that evening. They said they couldn’t issue a full refund because of the hotels policy. This place is filthy unsafe and in a bad location. Feral cats were roaming the neighborhood. The stairways were full of cigarette butts and dirt. Unsafe and unsanitary in every way.

Office desk lady was very helpful and nice. The tv only caught 5 channels, very little water pressure in the shower. Toilet seat was loose and tank top was incorrect

Tried to check in very late after a day of driving. Nobody there. Turns out lobby closes at 8pm. The system took our reservation and money with no warning the lobby was closed. Party and cook out happening in the back with loud music at 1:30 am. Stay away.

They gave my room away then when the people behind the counter told me they didn't feel the need to explain to me why they gave my room away. I ended up not staying there I didn't even check in had to go to another hotel all together. DO NOT PICK THIS HOTEL. THE PICTURES ARE NOT CURRENT. THIS HOTEL IS RAGGEDY AS HELL!!!!!!

The hotel room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels and soap. Now the negative: 1. No phone in the room to reach front desk. 2. No TV remote. 3. All channels on the TV were snowy. Had to manually change the television channels by hand. 4. Missing face plates on some electrical outlets. 5. Cable TV cords were exposed with out face plates. 6. No sink stopper in the bathroom sink. 7. Hot water in bathroom sink was scalding. 8. Smoke alarm was not operational. Half of the alarm was on the counter of the bathroom sink. 9. Weeds during the building were ＞ 2feet high. 10. Railings serving the stair cases outside were rusted and could not stand the weight of me, a 244 pound man. 11. I left the hotel at 9:45 am. No one was in the office and the doors were locked. It was the cheapest hotel on the internet for the night ($76. Including tax.)I guess I got what I paid for but simple maintenance of the FairBridge Inn would have made the stay uneventful.

I paid for the room on ********** Nobody was at the check in office, & it was closed! So we I had to book another hotel. They done took my money off my card as well. I need a refund!

Lots of animals and strays. It’s gives more of an extended stay. Staff don’t answer phone

Afraid to leave room with the non guests hanging around in back of motel after hours

Hotel was “closed” at 8pm with a call button if you come later. Very dirty, smoky rooms and looks like people staying long term as there were bbq grills on the balcony. We tried to get a refund and they would not allow it even though we had reserved online a couple hours prior to trying to check in.
